    I ordered and purchased my Elantra N from Jack Giambalvo Hyundai, and had an excellent experience. The salesperson Jake was very communicative and made sure all of my paperwork, insurance, and financing was taken care of before I arrived to pick up the car. He even came in on his day off to help me pick up the car within my schedule! The entire process, including working with the finance department was smooth, and there were no surprises or markups. Thanks to everyone at the dealership, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Hyundai or Genesis vehicle.

    EDIT: Despite Karli's claims, and as you can see from the screenshots, Mr. Romer works for Giambalvo Hyundai of YORK and is doing the same things he so quickly throws another dealership in his same company under the bus for. You can also see in his response, where he admits to adding "less than $200" in accessories, and charges $1,200. Greedy, unprofessional dealership and unscrupulous business practices. Why would anyone shop here!?

    This was our second time coming back to Jack Giambalvo Hyundai, and we couldn't be more pleased. Ed was an absolute gentleman and exemplified every quality a good salesmen should have. Knowledgeable about his product, great customer relations, listening and meeting your needs, all without being pushy or over the top. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. (The first one 3 years ago was also great!) I've bought over 20 cars over the last few years (New and used dealers, carmax, and private sellers) and I've never been in and out as fast as Ed and Dillon worked with us. We walked in and left keys in hand in under an hour! With the initial appointment of securing a car a few weeks ago, going over trade, finance approval and questions taking only another hour or so at most. Definitely recommend coming to see Ed for your next Hyundai purchase and if you're lucky you'll get the absolute legend, Dillonto do your finance. In this post 2020 car buying world, it's more than likely they won't have the vehicle you want on the lot. I'm sure if you are willing to drive, you'll be able to find it somewhere else. But don't settle, this is one of the few places that isn't marking up vehicles over MSRP, and isn't adding in bogus deal add ins, accessories and packages. Save your money, and let Ed and the rest of York Jack Giambalvo Hyundai team get the car you really want, for a price you actually want to pay.

    Worked with Travis Small over email for a couple weeks trying to make our deal. Very diligent and responsive. We got a fair value for our trade and a quick and painless sale day since we were traveling from a couple of hours away. So far so good with our new car and very satisfied with their treatment and service. Travis gave us a very thorough overview of all the vehicle features and extensive tech before we left the lot. Finance liaison was very straightforward and pleasant to work with.

He felt for sure it was a transmission issue. He took it to Firestone. They "ran diagnostics" and told him he needed a tune up with new spark plugs. Great! Not what we had expected to hear. They performed the tune up and sparkly replacement, we paid the $624 and when he turned on the car he heard a terrible whining noise. He turned it off and went back in to the shop. They told him that they can "run diagnostics" the next day. We waited all day to hear from them, finally my husband called and they told it was the transmission! So we wasted $624 when they should've told us about the transmission the day before! Had we been able to make an educated decision on Saturday, we would've taken it to a shop that could tell us about what we needed with the transmission. We feel swindled out of our money! While $624 to Firestone isn't a lot of money, $624 is A LOT of money to hard working people! A full refund should be given to us for this poor service! Shame on you! Firestone just lost a customer and worse, will have future bad word of mouth advertising.
