The teachers are so amazing and get involved and care so much for the kids! They do a lot of in school activities and field trips that provide a terrific learning experience for the kiddos! During the summer they have been doing an "around the world" theme where every week they are 'in' a new country each week! My daughter has loved getting to learn about the cultural experiences of all different people around the world, and they just recently had people from Texas Snakes bring in some snakes, letting the children interact and learn all about reptiles. I don't have a single bad thing to say about the Director Caitlin and her assistant Monika, they have helped me with any and all concerns, questions, etc. I have had so far. I don't think anyone else should be leading the school! If I were you I would not hesitate to enroll your child here!

Our…read morefour year old was scratched twice and hit once in those three weeks, and the teachers never told us. There were no incident reports, despite me speaking with the Director and being given her assurance that she "is very strict about paperwork." The third time there was an incident, where my child was elbowed in the forehead (where she could have fallen backwards and hit her head), either the teacher or the Director (or both, I still can't tell) actually lied and said nothing happened and my child made it up and was "attention-seeking." Later on, the Director emailed us and admitted there WAS an incident but it was an accident and "not a reportable incident." We have had our children in many daycares throughout Houston and this is the first time I have ever encountered a facility where no incident reports are given, accident or not, and people actually lie and blame children. Unacceptable. My six year old told me that in their class, they did not read books on their own, the teacher made fun of a child for getting an answer wrong on a spelling game they were playing to the whole class for the rest of the day, and also, that when kids fell (by accident), the parents were never told. These are just a few examples. This place is shady as hell and definitely not educating your kids. We only got a refund for our tuition after threatening to go to the Texas Department of Health and Human Services.

The staff truly cares for the kids and you can sense it on a real and honest level. Unfortunately we had to move recently, hence the reason for why she does not still attend, but people reading on here deserve to know, that despite being next to some auto shops, this place will love and take great care of your child. A review on Yelp is the least we can do for how grateful we are for them, but is better than nothing.

It's in Spring, Texas which is in the Houston area near Woodland Hills. My husband and I were excited to test it out, and while we usually attempt escape rooms with at least four people, we tried this one with just two. I'm happy to say we escaped with ten minutes to spare, with a little help from our Game Master, Watson. The room has several kinds of puzzles to solve, including Sherlock's favorite--a cypher. As a Sherlock fan, the escape room was a blast, and I would highly recommend it, if you're in the area. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner/designer Dave Garrison and he's a fun character, as well, and so clever with his designs. He gave us a sneak peek of his Harry Potter room, which is never level and very immersive! I'd definitely return to try it out!

If you have a toddler that doesn't nap right away forget about it. You see the reviews on how a teacher got aggressive to put them to sleep. I absolutely believe it. I knew something was wrong when I arrived and POLICE were called to the daycare. I see favorites and it has a lot to do with where you came from(ethnicity). Picking up and dropping off are a nightmare. Positive reviews from this place are completely fake. My son even told me a parent talked to him scolding him. I have seen in the videos another kid hitting him. You are telling me a whole adult talked to him without my consent?! Teachers told the other kid hitting him has special needs. I didn't need that information. Biased and unprofessional. Just because my background(latino) is different doesn't mean I don't know english. It is honestly pathetic for teachers to even use that as an excuse to treat kids differently. (2024) This place needs training desperately on INCLUSIVITY!!

We now come to pick him up and he is laughing and playing, clean and never any tears. We have watched the cameras and the staff sit and play with the kids. They seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. I would be happy to recommend KRK to anyone. We will only be here for maybe another month before we head back to Florida to start our gyms. We will miss them especially Brandi. Again, thank you for working so hard to make a safe, happy place for my child.

One day she was in her infant 2 room, then she'd be in infant 1, then in toddler room the next day. Which led to them not having her things when needed. Including her diapers. - One of the teachers, Veronda, pushed my 13 month old daughter down (she was not quite a stable walker yet) and I could see her scream crying on the floor while Veronda was walking around her and ignoring her. When I brought this up to the director there was no care, only excuses as to why it was ok. - after watching the camera for an extended period of time, I realized she had not been changed from 9 am - 3pm when I got there to pick her up, which lead to a horrible diaper rash that took a week to clear. - They were constantly out of ratio, up to 10 kids starting at 13 months old with 1 teacher. When I mentioned this to them, they did not fix the issue, they only moved my daughter to a different room leaving 9:1 with at least 2 children 18months and younger (and no, it was not during nap time) - I watched on the camera a child (who was not napping) that picked up her cot and dropped it almost on to another child (luckily only fell on the child's cot not the sleeping kid) while the 1 worker in there was sweeping on the other side of the room not paying attention. When she did pay attention she ended up dragging the child by her arm, shoving her onto the cot and covering her head up with the blanket! She was still left in that room and working there. - They had my child trying to drink from an open cup because they had misplaced the straw cup that she showed up with every morning, and when the cup of water spilled all over my child they left her in wet clothes even though they had multiple changes of clothes for her (again, in another room because they couldn't keep kids in their correct rooms). She was still in wet clothes an hour later when I arrived to get her. The only good thing I can say about this place is they gave a discount on tuition when we asked for a price match, but even that was not worth how they treat the kids. Be cautious if considering this place!
