I called Rui asking if he could get someone over to our client's home to scan some documents over to us that we needed within an hour and he went into GO mode. He asked me if I was going to pay him, so I told him I was and that he could look me up and then he said I was being disrespectful, that he was rich and didn't need my business and that he was refusing service. Maybe I caught him on a bad day, but he was incredibly unprofessional and, in fact, threatening on the phone. He also "forgot" to serve two additional defendants in my complaint and was surprised that I wasn't happy about this. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for help. read more
