He has these amazing mechanics and he had them do a bunch of free work on the car - and now it is in tip top shape. I was a jerk, I jumped to conclusions, but even so he treated me great and took care of all the issues. So, If I could give a million stars out of 5, I would. They were great. They were great even though I was not - which I deeply regret - I was a cranky old man with them and they did not deserve that - they deserved the opposite because they took care of all the issues and went above and beyond to give me a great deal. We bought a 2013 Chrysler 200 from them and it has been pure misery. Trusting them (our mistake) we didn't take the car to a mechanic before we bought it. Huge mistake!! In the following weeks we went back twice to get small things like decent wipers, a jack and a spare tire. Then things got serious. The front end fell off, and we had to buy a new one and repair it ourselves. Then the brakes gave out, so we needed new brakes. We also front axels and struts. Within a matter of months this car cost us over $3,000.00. We tried to contact Levels Automotive and there has been no response so I am writing this to warn off other possible customers.
