Although, Hughes Federal Credit Union was able to offer us a lower rate my husband and I decided to move forward with Tucson Federal Credit Union because of Andres. He truly exceeded our expectations as the level of service we received exceeded what one would typically expect. As you know, the car purchasing process can be hectic with constant back and forth, especially in our situation, but Andres was amazing. I was happy I was able to meet him in person because for this last week I've plagued him with constant telephone calls and emails but it did not phase him. He made sure he was able to help us out by going above and beyond. Other than this email, an outstanding Yelp and Google review for your credit union I wish I could take him to dinner or hell, even get him a gift certificate. He was the relief to what turned into be a big headache.

My only option per the man at the counter was to roll the coins into rolls. Why can't financial institutions provide better customer service? If banks and credit unions don't want to deal with coins then lobby for their removal from the currency system, otherwise accommodate the public and deal with it. Most people I know over 60 have some form of arthritis or at least their hands are not what they used to be... roll up $300? I don't think so. You lost an account and future business.
