this was not what he got with our vehicle we got mud and ***p from smart motors on Speedway Tucson
    Chico A.

Return of Motor Vehicle to Smart Motors Speedway As you are fully aware, we bought a Lexus vehicle in 2017. One evening my husband attempted to start the car to pick our daughter up from school and found that it would not start at all! The car had to be towed in and we found out that in the "turning off" of the immobilizer of the car, they had ruined and damaged the gearbox and the steering column assembly!!! We went by to pick up the car (Lexus) as they told us the car was ready..When we got there we found that the car did not work properly at all after that!! (Towing episode) We refused to take the Lexus back into our possession and asked for our money back. Since the company was not interested in returning our money, being the crooks that they are, they got us interested in another one of their traps!! At the show room they had a Ford Escape '08 registration CGC1062 (AZ) We looked at the car and asked if it was ever in an accident and we were told that it had not been. In good faith we took the Ford for $1000.00 more...huge mistake!!! Things went okay for the first few days, we had problems with the air-conditioner and I, Penny brought it in, only to be told that there was nothing wrong with it!! Everything went okay for a bit and then they started their nonsense again turning the Ford on and off at random. We had to replace the steering column and the brake booster and the electronic units for the braking system, as well as the relays...We also had to replace the air-conditioner ,complete system . The radiator and fans had to be replaced as well. The engine oil sensor, the engine mountings, the battery had to be replaced and then the alternator as well. We contacted your company (Smart Motors) and we were told that it was not a new car so therefore they were not interested in even helping to fix or repair anything. We were left on our own to foot the bill!!! We also had to pay for uber, taxi and car rentals for about three months. The total of which came to approximately $7000.00 While the car was at different locations being repaired, you people at Smart Motors kept switching the car on and off being a total menace when people were attempting to do their job. I called John to let him know what was happening and he was not interested...again it was only about a car payment!! We fell behind on our payments because of all of this. I kept in touch with John and the financial team. I kept getting told that the car was up for repossession!! I was still driving the car when he had reported it and also said that I had to bring in $2500.00 He said that if I did not bring I, he would report the car as stolen to the police. Even though I asked for help while I was waiting for a check to arrive and also that I had no work as we were shut down because of the Corona virus... John was NOT interested and just wanted the car back!!! He did not even care that my daughter would be driving the car at night to work and school!!! As I am not working at the moment because of everything being put on hold...John is only interested in getting the car back. I checked my credit report and on the report it showed a balance of $1700.00 yet John wanted $2500.00 I don't trust anyone or anything coming from your company now. You all were never there to help us. It has been stressful from the very start!! John says that the car has been repo'd at the beginning of Feb.'20 yet I was still driving it then and still have the car in my possession ... I am returning the car, as I cannot afford this car under these circumstances. I do NOT trust John and what he stands for...as he says one thing and does another. As well as, there is always a threat involved. I cannot work like this and John has caused my family and I a lot of stress. That car was always breaking down at random and had to have it towed in to repairs a few times. All this was started by Smart Motors shutting off the immobilizer/GPS device that caused a major short in the car that has cost us dearly at the end of the day!! We went to three different workshops and they each found that to be the problem and the cause of the gps immobilizer. On these grounds I am returning the car and want to have nothing more to do with it...this has caused us a lot of stress. With John threatening to have us towed where ever we would be. He would NOT listen to reason. I will never refer anyone to Smart Motors anymore EVER. We were treated badly from the get-go and there was nothing we could do as we were hard pressed to have a vehicle. I am sorry that I ever got involved with your company and John the financial Manager. This in addition to the above letter, I handed the letter to the financial manager John, he refused to sign the receipt of the letter on 28th March 2020 I tried to pay my installments three times and he refused payment, this was one of the reasons I returned the car to smart motors on 28th March 2020.Therefore do not buy a car from Smart Motor Speedway, Tucson

I came to this car lot after being discouraged by another car lot that was giving me a run around and wanted to put me in junk.

He said every single thing on this car under the hood is like brand new and the motor surely doesnt have 150k miles even though the vehicle does. He literally said "where did you buy this? I would buy a car from them in a heart beat." Longer version: First off, I wanted to wait several months before posting this (hate seeing used car dealer reviews the day after a purchase!). My experience buying was excellent but more importantly the car has been excellent. I bought a 2006 toyota highlander with about 150k miles back in July. I since moved to chandler and brought the car back when I thought I had a headlight issue that in the end was just me not knowing how to use the car. Mike not only showed me how to use it (embarriaing lol) but when he realized I now live out of town and we miscommunicated about it (he thought I was just visiting chandler due to a poorly worded text on my part), he felt so bad he insisted I take $40 to fill my tank. That was so kind. Lastly the experience of buying the car was optional as well. No games or gimmicks, fair prices, and mike and his wife (sorry forgot her name) were kind and even told me to go home and think about it if I wasnt sure. Highly recommend.

We appreciate that Precision offers a low pressure buying experience. We've all been to a business where salespeople swoop in like vultures. There is nothing worse when you're trying to make a major dollar decision than to have someone breathing down your neck for their commission. It's awful! We appreciate that Precision respects its customers enough to provide ample time and space to make a decision. When we were ready to upgrade our vehicles, we returned to Precision because we knew we would get a fair price on our trade-in and purchase. Precision made the entire process painless, but the best part is knowing that we were purchasing a car that had been thoroughly checked out by the mechanics at Precision, Inc. We have yet to have a mechanical problem with any of the four cars we have purchased through Precision Auto Sales and they will definitely be where we return to when we're ready to upgrade again.

Ever been to a car dealership without feeling pressured? Neither had we- until we went here. Dawn was totally low key, but extremely helpful- couldn't get a better combo than that. The price was very fair (we had researched that ahead of time) and particulary knowing that they went through the car and had fixed anything that needed it already. They have a new customer for life, and we will also use them for any service the car needs as well. Thank you Dawn for such a great experience, it made car buying fun!

My family and I have purchased three vehicles with Enterprise at the Speedway location in Tucson. In 2017, I purchased my first vehicle with Enterprise, and it was such a smooth and easy experience that when my wife was ready to purchase a vehicle in 2024, we chose to work with Enterprise again. The experience with purchasing my wife's car was mostly smooth, but we did have our first encounter with the manager of this location, Robby. I don't have enough characters in this review to give all the details, but long story short Robby displayed aggressive behavior in attempting to strong arm my wife into paying for something Enterprise agreed to pay for on the day of sale. After reflecting on my most recent experience with Robby, this seems to be a tactic he frequently uses. Despite the initial encounter with Robby, we were still satisfied enough with our experience and the cars we purchased to recommend friends and family to utilize Enterprise for their car purchasing needs. We were so satisfied that we decided to utilize Enterprise for a third time in 2026 to trade in my first vehicle and purchase a newer one. The sales representative we worked with was fairly new at his job, but he was an overall pleasant person to deal with. The representative made representations consistently via text and verbally about the amount that would need to be paid for the vehicle at close. Based on what was represented and agreed on, we decided to purchase the vehicle outright without financing as we had done with our last vehicle in 2024. After spending many hours in the Enterprise office getting the paperwork together, we confirmed with the representatives several times that everything was in order before finalizing the sale. The purchase was completed May 13. Sometime before Independence Day, I noticed that on June 29th I had missed calls from a number I was not familiar with. I listened to the voice message left by the number and discovered it was the sales representative from Enterprise vaguely referencing the need for me to complete financing on the vehicle I purchased a month and a half ago. This was strange to me as we had paid for the car in full. The following days I was also sent text messages and on the 3rd of July, while I was on vacation, Robby began calling me and my wife. My wife attempted to call Robby back on the 5th but was unable to reach anyone or leave a message. On the 6th my wife called Enterprise to figure out what was going on because it began to feel like some kind of scam was underway. Robby initially spoke with my wife and was extremely aggressive and disrespectful, speaking over her and insisting that we did not pay the full amount and actually owed them money. At one point my wife inquired why Enterprise was attempting to contact us over a sale which had been completed over a month and a half prior, and Robby falsely claimed that Enterprise had been attempting to contact us "for a long time." My wife corrected Robby that Enterprise had only contacted us within the last week, and Robby replied by stating "Oh I don't know I just found out about this recently." Which further fuels the suspicion that Robby is willing to obfuscate the facts to leverage the situation in his favor. His willingness to lie doesn't inspire confidence that he is representing the matter accurately. My wife attempted to communicate with Robby about the events prior, and he told us that his sales representative was new and made a mistake in how much he told us to pay. Robby began demanding we "make it right" and made claims of how "nothing in life is free" and we "have to pay what we owe." At this point my wife conferences me into the call and Robby grew increasingly frustrated with us, stating we needed "to make it right" implying we did something wrong during the sales process when clearly he was trying to shift blame for some mistake that was made on their end. Ultimately, we paid what was asked of us on the date of purchase, if there was a mistake on Enterprise's part, I'm unsure how I can "make it right", and I certainly don't appreciate being aggressively harassed on vacation or during my workday. I also don't appreciate Robby attempting to make it sound like I have done something morally wrong. I will never deal with Enterprise Sales in Tucson again as long as Robby is manager.
