The store was way bigger than I expected and had so many options, from comic books and figurines to fidgets, kids' books, and more. They even have a little area in the back where you can play games with your friends! The staff was really nice, and there were so many cool things to choose from that I couldn't even figure out what to get. I definitely need to come back! My brother, on the other hand, knew exactly what he wanted and picked up five figurines he's been wanting. Definitely worth checking out!

Plenty of room, a separate snack bar/eating area, air conditioning (we definitely weren't sweltering here), and just an overall beautiful building. Five dollars got you a ticket for prize giveaways and a blue band to get in and out as frequently as you would like throughout the day. Of course the time you spent at the show depended on if you were really looking for that CGC 9.9 Walking Dead #1 that sold for $10,000 on eBay recently or basically going through and seeing what was randomly available. The sellers were nice even when you weren't interested in anything or just browsing. I never felt pressured. But I did buy three ***STUNNING*** drawings by artist Tracy Watkins (I haven't had time to add the pics but I will as soon as I'm able to.). He even signed them for us too. :D Parking was not much of a challenge since attendees were in almost constant turnover. This was an afternoon well spent!

The guys here are the absolute coolest and have been so helpful, and the amount of awesome merch crammed into this place is INSANE. From board games and their accessories to giant superhero statues, they have it all. We've purchased almost all of our comic books here, several Pokémon and One Piece cards/packs, plushies, and a few figures from them. Their layaway plan is super reasonable and made it possible for us to bring home one of our largest figures, J. Scott Campbell's Alice, to date. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you haven't already visited. This place is an experience, and I'd be absolutely shocked if you can't find what you're looking for.

The staff members are so friendly and actually know their stuff so you're sure to get excellent help or advice if you need them. Sprayed edge favorites and current picks, manga and danmei, Legos and puzzles, a Harry Potter section, you name it, they probably have it. If they don't, it's super easy to have it ordered for you. It's never difficult to find a staff member if you need assistance as they are constantly restocking shelves or checking in with customers, and the layout of the store itself is easy to maneuver. No floor to ceiling shelving units that block your view. I can't recommend this Barnes and Noble location enough. It's one of the best ones in San Antonio!

While the selection of books and movies is on the smaller side and leans more toward vintage finds than brand-new releases, we always leave with something great! On our last visit, we picked up three Disney VHS tapes and over 40 Magic cards at just 10 cents a piece. The lady at the register was so kind--she even gave us a free plastic deck box for the cards! At checkout, there's also a fun setup of enamel pins, cute figurines, and knickknacks to check out. It's definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area--you might just find a neat hidden treasure!

I had my eyes one two bigger pieces $500+ & I ended up just leaving. The mood of wanting to spend immediately left when they treated me poorly . I have no desire of ever returning.
