Spoke to Jason about renting a restroom trailer for a party we were having a couple weeks back. Wanted to know the difference between two of them and his response was "price", followed by a chuckle. First thought after hearing this was "maybe he doesn't think my time is valuable?". Should have known to steer clear after his initial "joke". After getting into the specifics, I decided upon one and was told I had to sign a contract. I was informed that I should have it within the hour. Spent HOURS checking my inbox and nothing. Called back and Jason said it slipped his mind but he'd send it "right now". When I plan on spending a couple thousand with a vendor, I don't expect to be forgotten. Couple hours later, still nothing. Checked my inbox, spam etc. Called back the following morning and spoke to a female. Much more professional BUT was told that she had no record of an order. I thanked her and ended the call but truth be told, I was LIVID! Wasted hours trying to SPEND MY MONEY and was now nervous that I'd be unable to secure restrooms for our event. Called another vendor that made this process as simple as I assumed it'd be. Took 20 total minutes from start to finish. Close call, never again! read more

A VERY unexpected break in our sewer line caused us to be without the use of our toilets last week, and we were expecting to be that way for close to 2 weeks. Staying in a hotel for that long was financially not possible, so I figured I'd get a portapottie and use the showers at the gym while we remained in our home. I called a number of local businesses to compare rates, but after I spoke to GoTüGo, I didn't have to call anyone else. Marsha was very helpful, and sympathetic to our needs, plus the rates were better than any of the other companies I'd called. While my call came in too late to have the unit delivered the next morning, we did have it delivered the following day. The driver called with a delivery question, and when I came home, the unit was placed exactly where/how I'd requested it. It was super clean, and honestly,other than the fact that we've had such cold temperatures, it wasn't a bad experience having to go outside when we needed to use the bathroom. After renting a toilet from a horrible company (Royal Throne). GoTugo has renewed my faith in human natural, that there are still good and honest companies still providing excellent service and professionalism. When it comes to service, it does not get any better than what GoTugo provides. GoTugo is prompt, responsive and they keep their commitment. The sales team recommended the right trailer to fit all of our needs. Gotügo was easy to work with, the delivery and set up of the trailer was wonderful and It was so cool looking especially at night time with the music playing through blue tooth! Never imagined a portable restroom company could offer such quality! Was using another company at our job sites which was frustrating to say the least. I've checked online for a lot of port-a-potties for our local running races (PGRC.ORG) and I just received a sense of confidence and honor to sign with Gotugo. I contacted them and within a week, the port-a-potties were placed on Friday exactly where I suggested for our race on Saturday. With no hassle, they will come and retrieve the port-a-potties on Monday. I will use Gotugo for all our races and I would recommend their service. read more
