Would recommend Elite Plumbing to anyone and everyone. Originally contacted them to replace a garbage disposal. They were quick to respond, very accommodating and reasonably priced. Asked them if they could also give me a quote for my sewer drain after HoCo told us that there were issues that needed to be addressed. Elite was 1 of 5 different plumbing companies I contacted and the one that I eventually decided to go with - and I could not be happier with my decision. Ashley and Ryan were both wonderful to work with. They both communicated with me often and were always so pleasant and helpful. Ryan took the time to explain the issues that he found and the repairs that were needed. They also understood how upset I was that the needed repairs meant my front yard had to be dug up all the way from the road to the house and I am still amazed at the care that Ryan took in putting everything back, planting grass seed and covering it all with seed blankets. A little bit of a long story, but we came across this company searching for a plumber to repair our new construction home. The builder offered someone, but we chose to call Elite and get a number as we didn't have a great relationship with our builder. We had Ryan (technician) and he came for slow drip repair on a bathroom that had caused a leak into our basement (wet drywall in the basement ceiling). We called Saturday am and their coordinator sent Ryan out that day. We were so thankful we chose to call them because he repaired the original issue same day, cleaned up well, explained the original issue to us, and felt was very reasonable (less than the plumber the builder was going to send just to show up!!!). Anyways - great company - good people - fixed our problem same day - and the price was fair. read more

After my hot water heater died, I got 3 quotes for a replacement and Elite Plumbing & Home Services was the cheapest by a little bit (but ultimately they were about the same). The hot water heater replacement itself went well, but after the replacement I noticed the water pressure in my kitchen sink was dramatically reduced. I called up Elite Plumbing the next day, and they send the same technician out again that day to take a look. However, unfortunately the tech was unable to fix the problem, so he said to buy a new faucet and call them back. I did so, and he was able to come back out and installed the new faucet at no additional cost to me. While I would have preferred to not need to buy a new faucet, I understand that things happen, and appreciate how Elite Plumbing handled the issue. read more

Ryan responded promptly and arrived the next morning--even though it was a Saturday. After attempting to clear the blockage with a snake, he conducted a video inspection and discovered that the sewer line, located 10 feet beneath my driveway, was damaged and needed replacement. I highly recommend Elite Plumbing to anyone seeking help with a plumbing problem. They just resolved a leakage issue in the drainage system of the lower level of my home. I very much appreciated their availability on the phone, their prompt response to the problem, the efficient and professional manner in which efforts were made to assess the source of the problem, and then resolve it, and the follow up with photos of the "before" and " after," for future reference. Ryan (and Ashley) is an amazing person and then an awesome plumber! When a simple plumbing call turned into a major issue that started outside, Ryan used every tool to find it. It turned out that the lawn company my HOA retained ran over the drain access pipe in my yard, making it my issue. Ryan and team came out, moved the shed, dug up the ground - digging so deep that he disappeared from view, replaced the dirt, moved the shed, then added grass seed to the yard to look like it was never touched. You can't see the results on the outside but our family is more than thankful for working plumbing on the inside. I will recommend Elite Plumbing over and over again. Our contractor had him do a few plumbing jobs during our bathroom renovation which dealt with installing new plumbing fixtures for our shower and vanity. In addition to this he replaced new shut off valves to our washing machine along with correcting a few plumbing issues that we had with our bathroom drain. Elite were always responsive and helpful. I did not call Elite first and found out first hand not everybody answers the phone every time or even cares to help you out. Ryan almost brought my antique hot water heater back to life, but when it finally kicked the bucket he spent the next 24+ hours making sure the replacement was received, installed, and ready to go. He also went above and beyond cleaning up and topping off my water treatment system. We even talked options for when my other dinosaur of a tankless water heater needs replacement. Elite plumbing have done a fantastic job! Ryan and Jeremy are very thorough and knowledgeable. They provided a video inspection of all the water pipes in the house and sewer pipes leading outside. In which they identified a problem with the standing pipe outside of my house and found another issue with a pipe dip. They completed the difficult job of replacing the outside standing sewer pipe and fixed the pipe dip and did a great job! A service connector pipe under the bathroom sink broke. The shutoff valves were frozen so had to shut off water from main valve. that left us without water from midnight until 9:30 when Jess, the Elite plumber , replaced the broken pipe. We agreed to replace the other pipe and it all took just 15 minutes. The charge was the lowest I've had for plumbing. Great service very fare price we had many problems due to our sewer drain pipe these guys replaced it in one day then our water heater was leaking and corroded they came on short notice and replaced it plus due to having well water we had alot of potential problems waiting to happen they knocked that out they are very professional respectful and they do an outstanding job I highly recommend them. read more
