Around 3 days after reviewing companies I decided to select Chicago Lincoln Limo. Out of my normal desire to confirm travel info the night before I called to confirm my pick-up. To my surprise the representative on the phone informed me after much searching that he was unable to find my reservation. I told the representative the day I called to book the limo over the phone the woman I spoke to was having trouble with the website. Not to mention I tried the website several times and was unable to book online. The woman I spoke to reaffirmed me that I would be able to book over the phone with her even if the website was down and service would be guaranteed. I gave her my credit card number, expiration date, 3 digit code etc and she confirmed my reservation and assured me a driver would arrive as planned. Imagine my shock the night before my departure, when I called to confirm and the company was unable to find my reservation. I wasted 23 minutes on the phone with them. The company did not offer to compensate me for losing my reservation so I asked the representative if he could ask the owner for compensation for the inconvenience. The representative placed me on hold and returned from contacting the owner to notify me they wouldn't be able to compensate me on the current ride, but upon the next booking I would receive a discount. I asked the representative why I would have to wait until the next ride when this current ride is the one that was botched. The representative stated that it "looks" like I made the reservation online and didn't follow through. I replied so your owner thinks I'm lying about speaking to one of his representatives that failed to complete my reservation therefore you are unable to compensate this current ride, wow really?! As far as I know you only get one shot to impress your customer. Indirectly, implying that I would not be compensated for the inconvenience because they do not believe it was their error, on top of the fact they lost my reservation in the first place I decided clearly this company is not in need of customers or they would not treat them so callously.

The Resort had a "Travel Club" and they were relentless about getting us to join. Inviting us to go to a meeting, we had limited time and this was very annoying. I suppose this is not the travel agency's fault. The past few years we have tried to book something with OK travel but they take really long to get back to us. We end up looking on Expedia finding great packages and booking it ourselves. We get an email from OK Travel sometimes a week after we call and by then we found something else that's better than what they were offering.

I find it curious that the website says "Every service we offer is completely FREE with no hidden…read morecharges" yet we were asked to pay a $100 per person "planning fee" for the bare minimum of pre-work that could have been done through the Disney park app itself.  Did not enjoy the process, did not see the benefit of using this service (but acquiesced because family members were using it and we could not be added to their plans without paying the fee), would not repeat or recommend to others.  They'll also ask you for your Disney account password, which should never be shared or disclosed from a security standpoint.   Download the Disney World app and take a little time to save yourself the $100 per person "planning fee" charged for coordinating "the Disney dining and Fastpasses" which can all be done quite easily, it turns out, from the robust app that Disney has released for park visitors. 10/10, would recommend the app to anyone.

And when travel gets tough, it's a life-saver to have Michael on your side. While waiting in line at a ticket counter to deal with a canceled cross-country flight, I called Michael who had booked my original ticket. He was able to reserve a seat for me on a direct flight home, which was sold out by the time I made it to the front of the line. Without him, I would have been stuck in Newark for the night. He saved me a dinner with my family and a day of work I cannot recommend Michael highly enough.
