Quick turnaround on your order, but they get busy. No seating. Downside - no chips / salsa available to go with your items, and they are cash only. Upside - delicious meats. The pastor is the best at a truck I've found in Napa, and the cabeza is very flavorful (if a bit fatty). They're open relatively late, too, so if you get a hankering after the sun has gone down, they got you. 3.5 stars, but I'll lean more toward 4 than 3 for this review.

The tortillas were a bit greasy, but the al pastor, carne asada, and birria meat were well-seasoned and tender. Dipping broth for the quesabirria tacos was excellent. Salsas were pretty good too but wish they provided larger quantity without having to ask for more. Truck prices were on the higher side than other brick and mortar places, but still decent value, and it hit the spot.

Dear lord... me and the rest of the customers all around me had a horrible experience. Our beepers would falsely go off, we go up to collect food, they tell us false alarm and keep waiting. No sorry, no apologies, no update when the food was gonna be there.. No explanation, nothing. The cashier at one point started laughing when another woman asked how much longer. There were dozens of people waiting so so long. I WAITED AT AN HOUR FOR 2 TACOS AND A QUESADILLA. I should have just asked for my money back. Customer service did not exist here today, such a bummer. I get it's a taco truck not a restaurant, but At least tell the customers if you were having some kind of issue. No one said anything to us except for the "turn your buzzer off it's not ready". Or offer something to compensate. Nothing. And an HOUR for tacos and a fricken quesadilla is diabolical. Do better.

I've had Sushi Obsessions's famous sushi nachos over the years. If you haven't had them, they're…read morefried wontons topped with imitation crab, avocado, cucumber, sauces, and a protein of your choice. The quality has been the same, which is good. The wontons are addictingly crunchy without any grease, and the sauces have a lot of sweet and savory flavors. But the portion of fish has shrunk significantly since I first ordered them about 3yrs ago while the price has moderately stayed the same, around $20. The most recent purchase was at this week's Nihonmachi Fair in Japantown in San Francisco. I was looking at other people's orders to see the portion size of fish. Well, I didn't want to look creepy anymore so I stood in line to buy my own. As I waited in line, I remembered the scant amount of fish when I got them at the Union Street Festival. But I enjoyed the flavors and textures. Well, I got about 6-7 small cubes of tuna. The avocado was slightly frozen, but I didn't mind that too much because of the hot weather. And the other flavors and textures were consistent like before. I know that costs are at an all time high, and the price point for selling food should be reflective of those costs, labor, permits, etc. And I know vendors are cognizant of what price points will be attractive to buyers. But seeing the small amount of tuna is still nonetheless disappointing. Yet, out of all the street festivals I've been to, I don't see a product similar to this one. So it's possible I'd order sushi nachos again, but maybe without fish at all since it's the cheaper price point. I may get more bang for my buck if I bought sashimi elsewhere to add to the nachos. Cash is king but they also take Venmo and credit cards.

Is it a fun twist that you might just pick up every once in a while at an event? I think that's exactly it. The sushi bake lumpia just tasted like deep fried sushi rice and imitation crab wrapped in some seaweed. With all the viral sushi bakes online, I would have hoped there was more substance to it. It wasn't terrible, but definitely not worth the $18 price point. The tuna nachos were solid in flavor / texture, but again lacked real substance in the form of fish. It was tasty, but for $19, that was a really expensive plate of fried wontons. Vendors were kind. Note there's a 4% surcharge for credit cards, so bring cash if you want to try.
