Oh my gosh! You'd think with 3 employees working in this location at the same time, they'd be able to get through cars with a breeze but you'd be wrong to assume that. Over 15 minutes to go through 3 cars. I'm happy to report some redemption from the last couple visits my much better half and I made to this GL. Compared to my two-star review from a couple months ago, service seems much more efficient, on-point and attentive. During both more recent visits our food orders came up quickly. For our last visit we changed up my beloved's standing order with maple and shortbread flavoring and the results were delightful. My espresso shots still tasted a little long but were not nearly as over-pulled as they had been a couple months back. We recently moved right by this Gourmet Latte and it is so nice to take my dog on a walk and end by getting a coffee or smoothie. The staff is super nice and when it was my first time stopping by, they answered all my questions and gave me recommendations. They offered me a rewards card to work towards a free drink after so many purchases. My pup even got a dog treat :) The drinks are super good and the pricing is fair. The service is quick and easy! My only complaint is they do not have their flavors on the menu or online. I take a long time do decide what I want to try so it would be nice to be able to see all the options and decide before I go. The staff said they have every flavor imaginable but if I'm not able to see them, how do I know what's available? Over all, this place is super quick and easy. I typically LOVE all Gourmet Latte locations. This was my first time here this morning and 3 girls were chatting the entire time, not paying attention to the customers or my drink order. I asked for extra foamy with whip... The red haired girl who made my drink forgot the whip, took all my foam out and put whip on. Lol... what?! Maybe less talking and she wouldn't forget the drink order. Drink was decent overall but kind of a disappointment from the high standards every other location sets. read more

We showed up a bit past their closing time (I had no clue what it was to be exact) and the lady with the light hair (please forgive me for not knowing your name) was happy to help even though she explained it was closing time when I asked her. We have stopped going to Gourmet Latte at this location for the time being. Unfortunately, the drinks have continued to be very inconsistent even when we've tried to communicate that things weren't working. Some of the baristas know their stuff and do a great job, but there are several at this location that just don't meet the level of quality that we have come to expect from this family owned chain. At the same time, I know lots of people enjoy this stand, and ironically, the long line is the other reason we have stopped going. We just don't want to wait 15 minutes to order coffee that isn't going to be great. With more training and potentially some staffing changes, this location still has what it takes to be a great coffee stand. I'm hopeful that will be the case when we try it again in the future. read more

Took a chance, doubt I'll be back. Less than satisfied with my coffee today. This morning for whatever reason I craved a sugary sweet drink over the usual pot of black drip coffee. I wanted an iced caramel latte w/ 4 shots, hoped for something with lots of caffine but also rich and flavorful and not sacrificing in taste. I was disappointed because it tasted dull and sort of bitter. Hardly sweet, didn't taste caramel at all. The ratio of shots and syrups was all wrong in my opinion. For a $5 drink it was a let down, but I went through a second time and asked her to put whip cream on, and that saved it a bit. And not to rant but this is Yelp after all- I was expecting a sweet caramelly creamy drink with the big dome lid brimming with fresh whipped cream and the courteous little chocolate covered espresso bean--that's how the good stands do it--- instead I got a watery espresso tasting iced coffee without the flair, that I could have made at home.... So there's that. Girl was nice enough. They give punch cards, have 2 Windows and make the drinks quick. For a really yummy sweet drink I'll go elsewhere, to stands that get it right, ask if you want whipped cream, work with you, and throw in those chocolate covered espresso beans! Ha. My Bf's daughter LOVES this place. I've purchased gift cards for her but I've never purchased anything for myself until today. She wanted a Pina Colada shake and I decided to try the frozen pomegranate lemonade twist. Ummmm yeah....this is my new obsession....it was SOOOOOOOOOOOO good!! Refreshing, and delicious! The little stand itself takes traffic both directions, pretty easy to access, girls working there were nice. Lots to choose from, including food snacks, they take credit cards, they have gift certificates, punch cards, everything you need. Go check them out...and definitely try the frozen pomegranates lemonade twist. The Pina Colada shake was good too...and I've been told to try their coffee shakes. I'll be back for sure! read more

Hey! My wife and I really like your coffee and food, so that's why we want to help regarding health concerns. There is a nice young woman with a nose ring who is not wearing her face mask correctly. The fact that we can identify her as having a nose ring already demonstrates the issue - she's not covering her nose with her mask! I'm sure she doesn't mean harm since she's wearing the mask to begin with, so we're assuming positive intent and that it's simply due to being unaware of the problem. My wife and I have seen this issue multiple visits, which is why we're bringing it up, We're happy to change to a 5 star review once this is no longer an issue! read more

Convenient gourmet latte coffee drive thru located near canyon park in bothell. They have a double sided drive thru, however but be prepared as they do get busy. Ive found the baristas at here to be pleasant and efficient but you still might wait in line for a solid 20 minutes during busy times of the day. Drinks here have been consistently smooth regardless of hot or iced. Beans are pleasantly not burnt. Specialty drinks here are typically very sugary, but the ladies will gladly make them at 25 or 50 percent sweetness level if you ask (which to me tastes like normal sweetness from other stands). All around good little coffee spot, punch card and chocolate covered espresso beans available upon request. I love their coffee choices, especially when I can use vanilla soy and white coffee. They always have really amazing specials too; I'm a huge fan of sweet drinks with a few flavors to make the drink. First, these ladies are super sweet! Bright smiles, pleasant short convos, and they ask the best questions to make your coffee just the way you like it. It's usually two baristas but sometimes there is a third helping out, so it's a great team. Be aware it is slower than a Starbucks because they talk to their customers and have time to get to know them through the drive thru. :) Also, I know someone way back from high school that works there - it was fun to see her again after so much time went by. The coffee itself is super delicious. I love the white coffee especially and usually get that if they offer because I feel like some drinks won't taste well with it. My favorite part about receiving my drink is the affordable price and when some of them aren't stirred so they look pretty. :) Thank you for such amazing coffee! One of my fave places to go since I am weening off of my addiction to Starbucks. This is one of the main locations I go to but they have several locations in the vicinity. The baristas are always so nice & always offer my dog a biscuit - always a PLUS in my book. I always order a Coconut Hazelnut Latte with one shot. One time they confused my drink with a Coconut Hazelnut Mocha but it tasted just as good, more on the chocolate-y side IMO but again, it was good. The latte version is BOMB! So I've been really unsatisfied with Gourmet Latte the past few years. I have been going to different Gourmet Latte stands for at least 9 years. I always thought their coffee, smoothies, and Redbull Italian sodas were superior to other stands/shops like Big Foot Java and Starbucks. Gourmet Latte used to put lots of flavoring in it and less ice, but the last 9-10 times I've stopped at a stand, my Redbull Italian Soda was so un-flavorful, and almost tasted watered down. I also noticed at a location in Kirkland as well as Lynnwood and Everett, have had pretty crappy customer service and seemed to be in a bad mood, or not happy to be there. Well I was in the area staying with a friend at this Gourmet Latte location off 228th in Bothell, and wow I was impressed. My Redbull Italian Soda was so flavorful and made with just the right amount of ice/cream/whip. The service was outstanding and my baristas both days went out of their way to really engage in conversation and even remembered my drink from the previous day. I really love when someone's customer service can put a smile on your face. I think customer service is definitely one of the most important qualities a business can have. This is by far the best location of gourmet latte stands and I will be returning to this location if I'm in the area again. Thank you ladies!!! read more

Don't go here if you're in a hurry. They took about 15 minutes on the 2 drinks for the lady in front of me and another 10 for mine. When they finally handed over my drink it was only Luke warm. I didn't have time to wait for them to make it right so I just had to microwave it when I got back to work. I was very impressed with the service I received! (it tasted delicious too!) I was offered several choices for my coffee order, including size, # of shots of espresso, eggnog/milk, cinnamon, whipped cream, etc, and my barista was so friendly. One thing that stuck out to me was when she finished taking my coffee order, she asked if I would "like any breakfast this morning." Also, for the large size I usually pay $7 or $8 most places. This place only charged $5. I look forward to visiting their other locations. I don't often get fancy drive - through coffee, that might change a little. read more

I was out on a chilly Saturday playing Ultimate Frisbee. Decide to go to work for a few hours afterwards and decided I needed coffee. A triple shot Americano with sugar free almond and cream would hit the spot nicely. This is my daily drink. Depending on the coffee stand I go to the price is between $2-$2.75. I usually tip $1-2 depending if there is 1 or 2 baristas. I saw this coffee stand, Gourmet Latte, and swung in. Ordered my drink and then when I handing her my card she tells me the price. I am in shock. She gives me the clipboard and $4.34. Needless to say I didn't tip. Never again shall I think of going to this stand. A rip off this is. Oh... and the drink? Not good. read more

I can't say enough wonderful things about this location! Every time we visit, the ladies are so kind. They make me want to come back and buy more coffee before I drive away. And the coffee is delish! Today we got an eggnog latte and a mango Italian soda. They were both awesome. And the best part of all was that even though the credit card machine went down and I had no cash, they just said to pay next time I come through. I will be back - and often. Two stars because I have had good service in the past. Walked up to the window today and the nice girl that was helping us was training. I don't have a problem with training at the work place. However, when you are preparing food and beverage, there needs to be some off-shift training. I told the manager that I did not appreciate being waited on by someone that doesn't know how to make coffee. The manager told me that this is just how they do it. I will not pay for a sub-par drink and essentially pay your training expenses for you to save a little money and time. read more
