Sweet and savory treats! Yum. (See review update)
    Dave M.

We recently got another blueberry yogurt cake and also stopped by to try some of the smaller treats. The blueberry cake was, as always, light, flavorful and delicious. We tried a variety of smaller treats. On the savory side, the ham and cheese croissant was the standout. We also tried two different curry items, which didn't suit our tastes as well - but, I'd put that more down to personal preference. On the sweet side, the chocolate croissant and cherry w/ cream cheese danish were all-stars. I will definitely be back for an encore on those! Service was with a smile and helpful during each visit. We'll be back! The missing star? Pricing. Although, to be fair, most places are now very expensive and the mall location is certainly a premium cost.

What a beautiful assortment of pastries. What a fun way to select (most of) them--the Mexican bakery method: grab a tray and some tongs, and pick what you want (a method brought back to Asia by Asian immigrants to Mexico). And what a bright and inviting modern space. Looks great, but... the flavors are mostly lacking. Some items are decent, but most are bland and border on flavorless. If you want to eat just okay pastries (they do not taste bad) that won't really satisfy you but look pretty and are decent, then this is your place. I found the novelty enough for one visit, but nothing here calls me back.

Great food! Service was speedy. A bunch of people come in waves but it doesn't feel too crammed and everyone gets out fast- especially for a Saturday morning. Plenty of seating. It's like 85 bakery where you self serve pick whatever pastries you want The assortment is really great and I love that there are plenty of savory options. If you get the app your first pastry is free

    Burnt garlic croissants

1 star for very poor customer service and burnt croissants. Their garlic croissants are my favorite and I get them all the time. This time around they tasted burnt, I know how they should taste as it's what I always get. After spending $60 I thought if I told them they'd have the courtesy to offer me to trade them. They said it's because of the garlic and they can't trade them. I left the croissants with them. Gross customer service. I'll support a local bakery next time, not worth it. Also, inflation must have hit them badly because quality of everything has went down lol.

I think this Paris Baguette has improved since opening. There are certain items here that I enjoy and would return for such as: 1. Matcha Latte - I am addicted! It's probably not the best matcha drink in town but I do love it a lot. I get it with whole milk and extra foam and it's just delectable! (and yes, sinful, I know) 2. Chocolate Supreme Croissant - among the sweet pastries, this is our favorite. 3. Pepperoni Pizzetta - I like this a lot! I heat it in the air fryer and it becomes somewhat crispy. 4. Coffee Bun - love the texture and the coffee flavor is just right. 5. Croissant Donuts - these are good too. 6. Baguette - we usually grab one when we're here and we have no complaints.

Love me a stop here for dessert. Came for a cup of coffee and a slice of cake. My wife and I got several different slices of cake. I can't remember what the other slices were as I only remember how amazing the red velvet cake was. The cake was still moist, as it was the end of the day, close to closing. The frosting was light and whipped, and not too heavy. This easily is one of my top red velvet cake slices I've had. Oh, and the pistachio sweet cream cold brew was delicious as well.

    Tiramisu Cake
    Britt B.

We ordered a tiramisu cake for my mom's 78th birthday this week. She loves tiramisu, so this was a good find. I placed the order online and it was ready at the time that we specified for pick up. Everything inside the bakery looks wonderful and I'm excited to go back and try other things. We thought the tiramisu cake was very high-quality and delicious, but there was one problem: Despite being "soaked in espresso", there was no detectable coffee flavor whatsoever. It was a little strange. None of us could taste it, and if you know tiramisu, you know that is the very essence of the dessert. So, while I would recommend this bakery for the quality, I would caution you to ask around from others who have tried certain things before going for it, especially if you have a certain flavor in mind.

    Strawberry Croissant, $5.99 - 4 Stars

I knew about Paris Baguette from the Bay Area, so we were NOT one of the people standing in line outside. In late Dec, I was happy to see no lines, so we went for the first time. Selections were reasonable at 4:30 on a weekend. Self-service to grab all the items, and pay at the counter where they pack. Fairly standard practice nowadays. The interior is café-cute with several tables to dine-in. The Food: Strawberry Croissant, $5.99 - 4 Stars Fresh, delicious, spendy. Might buy again. Strawberry Peanut Crumb Bread, $5.29 - 4 Stars The custard kicks it up a notch. Will buy again. Sesame Tapioca Bread, $2.29 - 1 Star Full disclosure: Ate the next morning. Hard as a rock. Never again. Coffee Bun, $4.29 - 3.5 Stars Legit and flavorful. Will buy again. Crab Meat Croquette, $4.69 - 3.5 Stars Greasy croquette, even after a light re-bake and wrapping in fresh napkin. Likely will still buy again. Curry Croquette, $4.69 - 3.5 Stars Curry version is greasier than the crab meat version. Will not buy again. Strawberry Mochi Donut, $4.49 - 3.5 Stars Surprisingly respectable mochi donut. Not as good as Mochinut but acceptable. Will buy again if choices are slim. The food averages to 3.3 stars. Rounding down.

Busy for a reason! Full cases with lots to choose from for both the savory and the sweet tooth. From mochi donuts to croissant delectables of all sorts. Of course there's coffee and tea, hot and cold as the perfect compliment to your baked treat. Lunch and to go item available in a cooler, including prepackaged macaroons, and roll cakes. Prices are a tad high to make this a frequented spot, but the flavors in everything was divine!

Soooo yum. We went there on a Tuesday afternoon and they were pretty stocked still with many treats. As soon as you walk in, the decor is so cute and you're greeted by Paris themed chairs and tables. The service is nice as they are always making sure the cases are presentable and cafe is clean. The price is kind of steep but they are too cute. The strawberry cream supreme croissant was so good and filling. The mochi donut was tasteful, kind of soggy but I get it, I went in the afternoon. I bet it's so good fresh. I tried their blueberry matcha and how refreshing and flavorful.

Popped infirst thing on a Saturday morning and we were pleasantly surprised! FULL on Korean style bakery with light pastries and treats. The cafe seating area simple and clean, and the instructions on retrieving your pastries are very CLEAR. The register staff were very friendly and offered suggestions for coffee pairings but we went with our personal favorites. So much better than 85c, which I tend to find too heavy! We'll forbsure be back, especially for the mini cheesecakes and fruit tarts!

    Butter Pecan King Cream Donut

I remember my first visit to Paris Baguette when I lived in LA. Back then, this chain didn't have many locations in the US and I was instantly hooked when I tried out their garlic baguette. Unfortunately the baguette disappeared a couple of months afterwards, never to make a return, but I started visiting Paris Baguette as part of my regular sweets rotation. After moving to the Midwest however, I learned that the quality of a Paris Baguette really depends on location. Every store I visited in Michigan and Illinois seemed only to churn out sad pastries, barely worthy of the brand. With that in mind, I visited the Paris Baguette in Lynnwood with a bit of apprehensiveness. Butter Pecan King Cream Donut ($5.29) - At first I was worried that the butter pecan topping would be too sickly sweet for my tastes, but surprisingly, the sweetness isn't overpowering at all. The donut is filled with a soft cream mixed with finely crushed pecans. It's very light and fluffy. The donut itself is a bit denser than a good yeast donut, but still compresses well without a trace of dryness or toughness. The topping creates a shell over the donut. It's mixed in with plenty of more coarsely crushed pecans and has a good pecan flavor. I'm not sure if either the topping or filling are 100% butter (or if any butter is used at all!) but they are both sweet, nutty, and toasty. Good flavor. (4/5) King Cream Football Donut ($5.29) - This is the same denser donut base with a bit of vanilla cream inside. The cream isn't centered very well - starting from the first side, I didn't actually reach the cream pocket until half the pastry was gone. The chocolate ganache topping softly crumbles as the pastry is eaten. Again, everything is not too sweet, which is nice. The cream filling is very soft and airy, not quite as dense or rich as pastry cream, with a whisper of sweetness; the chocolate on the outside is sweeter than the filling on the inside. (4/5) Overall I left pretty satisfied with the pastries I bought. This Paris Baguette location seems to be one of the better ones. I'm not sure I would make it part of my regular bakery rotation given the multitude of great mom and pop bakeries around Seattle, but I wouldn't mind visiting again when I'm in the area. Bathrooms: Two rooms, one for each gender.

    Inside of apple turnover
    Steve S.

First time checking out a PB, our location opened within the past year and finally got around to getting in after all the hype died down. They have cakes, breakfast sandwiches, coffee and other items, my review is just on my items purchased today. Tested out 3 pastries and a donut. The donut was a sugar coated twist and was very chewy which was strange, it tasted good but had an odd "pull" to each bite. 2nd was a pecan tart which was OK, felt a bit dry and could have used a little more filling. 3rd was my favorite which was the chocolate supreme croissant, filled with chocolate custard cream and half dipped in chocolate, my only wish was to have the filling more evenly distributed, it was only present on half. Last but not least was the apple turnover, tasted OK but nothing special, also seemed to be lacking filling. It's a franchise and I had never heard of it until it opened. It was OK overall, if I could give .5 stars I would give 3.5. Honestly though, I definitely believe there are much much better local small businesses that make exceptional pastries in our area. I also felt it's a bit expensive for what you get, the donut was almost $4. There are some phenomenal donut places around that for $1.25 will blow your mind. I'll likely return to check out a breakfast sandwich and see how that goes.

There's some fresh corn mixed in that's not that sweet compared to most canned sweet corn. There's stabilized whipped cream sweet on top studded with corn and then sprinkled with cocoa powder for some color. We asked to upgrade to 20oz but didn't get charged any more. They have pretty typical Korean bakery fare and pricing seems to be just a bit higher than competitors, probably somewhere around a 10% premium compared to similar family owned bakeries. On my visit I got two pastries to try: Soboro Cream ($3.49) - Instead of a delicately crackly cookie crust, this bun has a much softer, almost moist topping, which may be due to them placing the bread in the packaging before being fully cooled off, allowing the bun to steam too much. There's a bunch of sweetened stabilized cream inside that's sweet and oily. The bread itself is kind of dry and crumbly, either not a typical milk bread recipe or perhaps it had been sitting on the shelf for too long. (2/5) Corn Mochi ($5.99) - This comes with six pieces. The corn mochi has a nice chewy tapioca flour base. There's black sesame sprinkled throughout giving a burst of nutty flavor. I expected to see whole corn kernels baked inside but I think they just use corn flour in the dough. It's way less sweet than the soboro. Texturewise, the inside is bouncy while the outside has a harder baked crust. (4/5) Overall Le Bon Patisserie is a pretty average Asian grocery store-paired bakery. They offer a great variety of unique pastries, including the trendy flat croissant. While the flat croissant was fun to try and very crispy, I still prefer the traditional style. The pistachio croissant and Hokkaido cheese danish were my personal favorites because they were incredibly fresh, flaky, and buttery. Besides the treats, they have a solid selection of coffee and milk teas. The interior is spacious, and the staff is both quick and friendly.

I have visited for takeout, dined onsite solo, or with others. It was really nice to receive a generous gift card from other family members. Interior pretty much has stayed the same, with some addition of merch, and plushies on a front bench by the entrance. Your attention will be drawn to their pastry case. Pro tip: make sure to show up in the morning for better selection for both sweet and savory items. Their pastries are baked fresh onsite, but I've made the mistake of showing up midday and towards closing and their pastry case would be slim pickings. They also have a great variety of beverages available too. Espresso, teas, and milk teas as examples. The mocha has improved, very coffee forward and not cloyingly sweet. Just needs to be hotter temp wise, but that's just me. My favorite go tos has been variable depending on availability, but recent visits have been their ham and cheese croissants. I greatly appreciate the offer to have it warmed up if dining onsite. It's just a strange pairing to place such tasty pastries on a paper plate and then provided flatware, knife & fork or just a fork. I appreciate that this indie bakeshop & cafe has been going strong and steady since 2016, so coming up on a decade! Flying under the radar, but iykyk this is a popular destination. An added star and definitely recommended whether for takeout or enjoyed onsite!
