AMAZING! First time trying here and everything was very delish. We got a matcha latte, iced caramel macchiato, chocolate smoothie, brekkie burrito, and french toast bagel sandwich. Everything was sooo good. Maybe pass on the French toast bagel. It's hearty but the bagel wasn't toasted so if you're okay with that then I'd say it's worth a try. The breakfast burritos were BOMB. Wanted to turn around and order another one The lady working was so patient, helpful and friendly. She didn't get irritated with us even though we didn't know what we were ordering or how to order. This was my to-go place about 3-4 years ago... but it's gone downhill ... I stopped by once or twice this month to remember why I don't come around anymore, which is really sad because I loved everything about it so much before. It is aesthetically pleasing, the girls have wonderful service, such sweethearts but the drinks are just not what I like anymore, I can get it better just down the road. Any flavored drink is just SO dang sweet, too sweet and besides the white chocolate mocha they taste a bit artificial. Every time I ask for a simple latte (not hot) it still comes out lava temperature, thus tasting a bit too burnt. It's okay about an hour later when it finally cools down. I just don't prefer it this way. read more

They make decent drinks, however I've been double charged for drinks a couple times now and find out later when I come back to use my prepaid card again. Since the double charge has been from past trips there's no way to prove it so the only way to avoid being double charged is to just not come back. The customer service today was also somewhat rude. If you like white chocolate mochas this is your spot. A lot of places that use powder never fix the powder enough and your left with a chalky film, especially if you're an iced coffee drinker like myself. Always fast service if you're trying to make it work on time now that traffic has become a thing again (covid life). Very friendly staff, and they have a reward system. Coffee is really good, but they rip me off every single time. I always ordered the same thing every time, 20oz white chocolate Latte, which is listed for $4.55. The girl charged me $5.95. I asked her why is it $5.95 when it is listed as $4.55? You might say taxes, but it is 10% tax in Lynnwood WA, which comes to .46 cents, with a total of $5.01. So I asked her why is it almost $6. She said: "we charge extra for white chocolate powder". Other time, I was told that they us premium white chocolate powder so they have to charge extra. I know this is only a dollar, but I don't mind giving them the dollar for tip, which I do anyway, but when they rip you off like this, it just ticks me off. I sent an email to their corporate and heard nothing back. Thus this review. I like their coffee, but I will never go back. read more

I recently have discovered this chain of latte stands and I'm thrilled. The coffee is fantastic every time, and the baristas are friendly. They also have a punch card, and their locations are very convenient. The only thing that detracts from the rating is the breakfast sandwiches that they sell. I've tried them a few times on chaotic mornings when I'm running late for work. It's nice having a protein option instead of just pastries, but the sandwiches leave much to be desired. The last sandwich had one side soggy and the other side so hard that it was practically unchewable. A McDonald's egg mcmuffin is much better than this. If the stand can change their sandwich options, I'll be happy to change my rating. read more
