When I told the man it was still dirty, he told me that after a couple days the cleaning solutionn will dissolve the dirt. I advised him that I have lived in this house 25 years and never has my roof been left still dirty. He assured me it would be fine. He was wrong. It it is still dirty. Meanwhile my neighbor had their roof cleaned by a competitor and their roof is immaculate. I think this is a matter of you get what you pay for. They were cheaper than their competition and I did not receive quality workmanship. I callled to complain and it went into voice mail. I left a message saying I was disatisfied and a phone number that I can be reached at. The owner called my landline and not the phone number that I left in my voice mail so I missed his call. He did not leave a message so I suppose I need osmosis to know he tried to call me. When I called back today, I told them again about their poor workmanship and poor customer service. Buyer beware.

A bit of a story behind this one, because it was a bit of a slow start but with a very happy…read moreending. I had met with five different contractors for my bathroom shower project. The prices from each were all within a similar range. I tend to avoid the least expensive and steer clear of the most unless I have the budget for it. Ray came in with a fair price and a professional demeanor. He understood what had to be done, and he was confident he could provide exactly what I envisioned. I was impressed that he also was able to get the job started quickly and did his best to accommodate my timeline. As a contractor, he has several sub contractors who work for him. In his desire to get my job going ASAP, he sent two subs that were not his best. He had used them before and they had done very nice work. Unfortunately for me, they did not, and they had to demo the tiles they had put in unevenly, scrap them and start from scratch. Since Ray was just as surprised and appalled by their work, in a gesture of courtesy, he absorbed the cost of the new tiles and added a free, custom built shower niche to make up for the mishap. He was diplomatic and reliable which is rare in Florida. He also asked for my patience so as to time it to bring in his BEST contractor, Andreas, who is a literal magician! Not only is Andreas so amazingly talented, but can do literally ANYTHING quickly, confidently and flawlessly. The final product is perfection! Ray even came with me to pick out the tiles that he paid for and Andreas is top tier, both taking pride in their work, which is ALWAYS of primary importance since I believe it's pride and passion for what you do, that eternally creates the most spectacular of things. So, ultimately, though it took a little extra time, it was well worth it. Ray stepped up and made it right, I have to say he is dependable, communicative and made me a very happy customer! My one bit of advice would be to work on HIS timeline so he has the opportunity to bring in his best guys to your job.
