We jumped rope to warm up, stretched, then got into pad work. Not a boot camp/aerobic style class like other places. Thats exactly was i was luking for too. Everybody was friendly enough, didnt feel out of place. Only issue for me was the class was more of a intermidate lvl class, not a day 1 new guy class. Also the mma n muay thai classes r 7-8p most days. If ur luking for more info stop in btw 6-7. Otherwise the place is closed. Dont bother calling bc nobodys answering. Also bring ur own gloves, i happened to use a pair that was falling apart n smelled like ass. Good spot to try out, one of few mma places on southside. I would go again.

They have a fantastic website and flexible class sizes and times. I have only gone to a few classes with my son but so far the prices are reasonable, the team is very accommodating, and its close to the house. I can drop my daughter off at ballet at BAPA and only go 10minutes away for my sons karate. Win win!

Head Master Choi is an absolute gem of a human and has such a special way with kids that trickles down to the other amazing instructors Chloe and Marko. My kids are taught a foundation of respect and are engaged for the entire session.
