The location of the Y was poorly planned. The building is small, parking is atrocious. It is a…read morenice facility, but for the increasing number of members, there shouldn't be a reason that you have to consistently look for non-peak times to get in a workout. The pool is TINY. Only 4 lanes with one being for walk aerobics. You usually have to share your lane with one to two other swimmers. You also have to walk to the pool from the locker room area next to the lobby. That makes absolutely no sense. The pool is also located in a glassed area next to the upper level workout rooms. So, be prepared for LOUD music being played while you swim and constant traffic from gym members. Front desk staff haven't been trained in customer service. No greetings, have their phones in front of them, when you have questions, they just point to self-service. Not quite sure why there needs to be a paid position for someone who doesn't seem to have a purpose being there. No way to improve on this except for moving to a bigger, better planned building and hire new staff or retrain existing staff.

They will steer you down a different path every time you try to cancel and keep charging you. It's been almost a year now and they still taking money out of my account. Its it utterly disgusting. Im not even in a contract with them at that. I spoke with a guy over the phone and told him I wanted to cancel my membership since im moving out of the area. He took my name and said he would take care of it. months later im receiving a call from a billing agency stating I owed them money. I called back and spoke with another lady which was the manager. Said I had to sign a form. I signed the for and still nothing. Im still in the middle of trying to get this cancelled. Stay far away from this place!
