It's a clean facility and they do a lot of activities for the kids. I like how they have several rooms per age, so you don't have to worry about big Kids being with the little kids. I know that the workers that work with the babies have to wear shoe covers. They have monthly calendar that each day something special for kids to do like: pajama day, silly sock day, superhero day, water day, etc. They do a lot of crafts. The room is full of educational toys and charts. That's just a few of the things I've noticed. They are punctual the facility opens up right at 6 am. My only issue if I could find one would be the price - it's kind of expensive. We don't qualify for any vouchers or assistance. But you get what you pay for and I think it's about fair running with other places just a little bit more than we are use to paying. They have a huge gated play area. The doors to the faculty is always locked, you have to punch in your code to get in.

Terrible facility. First, the turnover rate with teachers is horrible. All the good ones my child…read morehad left. We had about 4 different teachers in the year we were enrolled. My child did not always like to go and for good reasons. There was no structure at drop off and they would have one or two teachers overseeing at least 20 kids of different age groups. There were a couple of teachers who actually taught the kids some things, but they left within a few weeks. They did not intervene when some kids were getting too physical or verbally abusive with others. We also started getting charged more one month without warning and when I asked if there was a mistake, they said my child was not potty trained and therefore, they moved her back into the class with younger kids. Not only does that not help with development, they also GUARANTEED they would potty train the kids and then make uneducated decisions and prevent your child from being with kids their age because THEY FAILED your kid or barely tried to train them. And charging parents more for their failures is unacceptable. The director, Mrs Felicia, was the worst of them. She will not actually listen to your concerns and blatantly lied to me. And the teachers LIE about how much your kid is eating. I would watch my kid on the classroom cameras and most times, she did not eat, and yet, the teachers would mark that she ate all her food (as I am literally watching her throw her barely touched plate). My daughter was not feeling well once and was literally laying on one of the classroom tables for about 2 hours. The "teacher" did not once go check on her. In the meantime, I was able to to get off of work to go get her and, when I arrived, the teacher had the audacity to tell me she checked on her and had just told the front office to call me to pick her up. This was a lie because, again, she did not go check on her. So she lie to my face even though I told her I was watching the live feed this entire time. Do yourself a favor and stay away from that facility. They DO NOT CARE about your children. The ones who do leave or are not given enough opportunities to help your child. They should not be allowed to be in business until they replace 90% of their staff, including the director.

I'm a neighbor of this location. And a senior citizen, in bad health. They cater to the young…read morepeople, mostly kids. They have very tall tree's in the back of there property, and there is a wood fence. The large trees on there property are becoming a nuisance. They cause pollen, and dirt to the back side of my house. I've had it recently pressure washed. After going outside, and coming too close to having a branch poke my eye, and it hurt. The most are ten to twelve feet tall. I've asked several times for them to just trim them back, and off my house. I was told by Brian on 6-28-16 they would not be trimming the tree's. If I wanted to pay then go ahead. This sounds like bullying towards a senior. I believe these people make tons of money from the parents, and being the tree's are on there property, it's not neighborly, or Christian of them to expect a senior to do there job. If the circumstances were reversed, I have no doubt they would be after me to talk care of my property. And it's very unnecessary for them to expect this to fall on my shoulders. Just do the right thing--First City Gymnastics!!! Be a good neighbor. I can assure if one of these branches causes me to lose and eye, and more stress than I've already had to deal with. It's not right, by no way you spin this. They can't be a good neighbor, I'm sure I would not trust my kid's, or grandkids under their care. This senior wants to speak up about such unkind people. How would you feel if this was your mother? Or grand parent? I would pray we stand for the right thing to do. This is not my property, should not cost me a dime. Brain told me to trim them. Last I checked, I'm not twelve feet tall, or physically able. Just be kind to your neighbor. I have asked nicely several times, to no avail. Open to suggestions?? This senior can be determined when I know I stand on the side of what's right. And I've never cared for anyone being bullied, no matter the age, race, or any form of different. If they think being a bully to a senior, what about children?
