I contacted GPE for a quote on some yard work, mostly for a professional opinion on what to do with my poor grass. I was fully expecting a confirmation of needing to re-sod. However, Greg shot it to me straight. Explained what he would do if it was his yard and gave me suggestions on how to try some things on my own to save money BEFORE having to re-sod and spend a bunch of cash. As a single mom, I greatly appreciated his honesty and advice on saving money--he didn't try to upsell me on using his company. Which, in turn, gained a ton of respect and I'll absolutely be using his team for a few other beautification projects. In the meantime, if my self-service to the yard doesn't work...GPE will be the first company I call to help with the re-sodding of my yard. GPE Groundskeeping, Inc. is an outstanding small business. Greg Pall is a man of integrity who keeps his word and provides a quality product. Greg was contracted to completely re-sod my property. The approximately 4,500 sf job included the elimination of all weeds and invasive growth prior to the sodding. Persistent rains which fostered almost continuous weed re-growth made the prep work a challenge. Though covering existing weeds with sod would have been expedient, Greg and his team took the necessary actions to ensure the job was done right and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. Hired to retore a retaining wall & fence damaged by a very large uprooted tree during the last hurricane. The owner Greg was professional from the start. So happy I changed to Greg and his landscaping team for my regular lawn maintenance! A tad more expensive, but - you get what you pay for! His team also repaired my sprinkler service and changed placement of heads to reduce accidental damage while trimming bushes.
