I hired Maximum in Bellmore, NY because of their reputation and because every time I am at an event where they are the hired entertainment, I am so impressed. I just knew the event would be a huge success with the right entertainment. Boy was I right! Joey, the owner of the company was a delight to deal with...so patient and made every step of the planning an absolute pleasure. The high level of energy that was exhibited by our DJ along with the 1980's music and his personality made for a perfect Saturday night. Fun? That's an understatement. When you hire Maximum, you're getting the MAXIMUM amount of fun without even one minute unaccounted for. The only downside of this is that when you hire them...you're party will seem like it's over way too quickly. They truly know how to capture time and make the most of the time you have celebrating. Neil was the only person to call for the job! He kept the dance floor packed all night and literally played everything and more. We didn't want down time and he fully delivered! We added on the CO2 cannons which were awesome and people loved it! It shot cool air on us and for the ones who danced all night it felt great. They went off the entire night and the perfect times. We also added his violinist who I had heard before and knew she was amazing. I was a little hesitant after because I thought maybe it would be too much. WELL she was absolutely phenomenal. This year we celebrated the 20th anniversary of our Long Island chapter. Larkfield was outstanding in their food choices, food preparation and all around service. After doing this event for the last 14 years, Larkfield received our highest praise since our attendees gave rave reviews and asked me to book Larkfield for 2027. When 200 women have no complaints, I know they are head and shoulders above all of the other catering venues on Long Island.

The bar tenders were mixing up AMAZING drinks. One of the servers, Jamie, went above and beyond. My husband and I have food allergies--he's allergic to tree nuts, I'm allergic to peanuts. One of the hors d'oeuvres she was passing out had pesto, and when we asked if it had nuts she went to find out. She sought us out to tell us that not only was the pesto nut free, but that EVERYTHING being served was both tree and peanut free. She was amazing. The food was plentiful and delicious. I got the steak, my husband got the pork chop, and both were absolutely incredible. Our waitress was able to pack up my husband's leftovers and held it in the fridge for us until we were ready to leave. It was a beautiful wedding, beautiful venue, fantastic service, fantastic food. I hope I get to come back here again soon!
