What an amazing experience we just had here for my daughters sweet 16! From the very beginning Kevin was incredibly helpful and we knew right away this was the place for the party . Everything about this past Saturday night exceeded all expectations! The decor was beyond beautiful, the staff friendly and helpful , the food fabulous... we also used Metro sounds to DJ , Koz the owner was great at keeping in touch and going over things with us .. Marc the actual DJ was simply perfect.. he had the dance floor full all night! We had a photobooth through their company too, the kids (and adults ) loved it!! The flowers from "we do flowers" were incredible . Jody of Jhp Photography was so amazing . My son has special needs and she was able to get him to pose and take more pictures than I could have imagined. Overall I give Hartigan and Kevin and his staff and house vendors 20 out 10 stars!! Did not use the house Dj or photographer . ONE WORD OF CAUTION though THE MANAGER HAS A LOT OF RANDOM RULES that no one informs you of - SO IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON HAVING ANY EXTRA items . A wonderful venue! Kevin is trustworthy and this establishment provided us with an excellent space to host our daughter's Sweet 16.

I recently attended my niece's sweet 16 party here. The facility itself is a bit aged looking and can use a bit of modernization, but overall was clean and acceptable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The food that was catered through them was both tasty and plentiful. Bartender had a small selection of beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages for the kids and those who didn't drink alcohol. DJ was pretty laughable though as he resembled an aging 80's rock band member who refuses to give up his long graying hair. It's actually a nice spot for wedding receptions, parties, and assorted celebrations. Typical Long Island suburban catering hall. Ambiance similar to a VFW Hall and others like it, but well kept and nicely done. read more

I booked my party before Covid with Hartigan MANOR who went out of business. Hartigan House reopened under new management. They honored my contract and waived my deposit in good faith! The new renovations are beautiful. We are so excited to have our daughters Sweet 17. read more

I have to give a shout out to Kevin at that Hartigan House, who made planning my colleague's farewell party effortless. Kevin is so easy to work with, no drama... He answered all my questions and eased my anxiety when I had very little time to work with. But it all came together and everyone that attended said it was a GREAT party! Kevin suggested using MetroSounds DJ for the party, and I'm so glad he did! Kaz was awesome! The music was perfect for the crowd we had, he worked with us to make time for speeches and took our requests for songs all very last minute, and we appreciate how stress free he made it for us. The food was terrific...including the cake! We thought no one ate cake anymore! The bartender Sean was amazing - he had a drink waiting for my husband and I without even having to ask!!) The waitstaff were perfection...they couldn't have been any sweeter or more helpful and attentive. They helped me set up my centerpieces and I was so grateful, we finished just in time! I almost forgot to mention how GORGEOUS this place is! A hidden gem in Bethpage. You have made a life time customer out of me, and I can guarantee Plainview hospital will be having many more gatherings at the Hartigan House! read more

They made everything so nice and were very accommodating! The food is excellent! Everyone had a fabulous time!!! D.J Tim was Amazing!!! He went Above and Beyond!!! He made the whole party so special. He even went around taking photos and then putting them up on his screens!!! Hire Tim if your having a party here or anywhere! He's the best ! Booked a party prior to covid, tried canceling 3 months prior, they would not cancel nor give me my $500 deposit back even though I canceled in writing within contract guidelines. So Im from Brooklyn& don't have a car and been relying on my mother-inlaw to drive me to wedding venues. Well at 5ish my mother-inlaw calls saying we need reschedule my 6pm appointment by an hour so I call and politely ask to reschedule and I literally get yelled at! This new hall is not gonna last w/that attitude. Prior to that they called multiple times to confirm and i kept speaking to secretary saying I confirm. I kept getting irrate voicemails from same person who yelled at my named Bill (I believe he's the manager) about not calling back to confirm (I did it 5X). I was 30 min late w/my dj yesterday because my fiancee got stuck@work& they accomedated. Swan Club was very welcoming,polite, friendly when I took a week&half get back to them. They said anytime we want to come in do so and he'll try be in and if not feasible for him (Greg) some1 else any time in day any day of week "24 hours day &7days of week. " He further stated we are here to accomedate. With Bill in Hartigan Manor he just yelled top of his lungs how he is already going in to hall and has a 7pm appointment. Thanks for showing me your poor service so we don't waste time seeing you. I can take my money elsewhere where me and my guest are treated with respect for same price. Theres so many more established more polite catering halls in Nassau County to not have to subject to such abuse. read more

My sweet 16 was there last night. All I want to do is talk about how amazing this place was. Kevin, the manager, makes you feel as if you're his daughter. that's how important it is to him to make it perfect for you. The staff is beyond kind and hardworking. Great food. We had our daughter's Sweet 16 there last night and could not be happier. It was a fantastic night. The hall, which is located on the same site as the Knights of Columbus in Bethpage has a beautiful ballroom which can comfortably accommodate 150 or more people. The food is great and there is plenty of it....we came home with trays of leftovers. The staff is the best! The manager, Kevin, goes above and beyond to make sure everything is exactly the way you want it and that your guests are enjoying themselves. We used the house DJ, Tim, who was the best...the dance floor was hopping all night. We also used the house photographer, Jodi Parlo, who captured the evening beautifully and took the most amazing shots...many of which were up on the screens around the room (there are 4) immediately. Most importantly, our daughter, her friends and our adult guests all had a wonderful time. The place is very reasonably priced, and the dj and photographer are also more than competitively priced. I wholeheartedly recommend this venue for any special party you have. read more

All I have to say is wow absolutely amazing venue! Kevin the event manager went above and beyond for my daughters Sweet 16. We actually got more than I even expected. A lot of our guests arrived early due to an incoming storm and Kevin put out a cheese and veggie platter for us with a shrimp salad! Kevin was very attentive to us and friendly and just overall amazing. The Dj Tim did a fantastic job he had the most amazing lighting set up with disco lighting and 2 big screen TVs and even threw in a Nintendo system for the kids to play with another big screen tv. He also posted pictures and video of my daughter through the years from a USB that I gave him. The staff were very attentive to our every need. Food was amazing I got many compliments from my guests about the venue. Nancy, I can't thank you and your husband enough for opening up the hall early for me and helping me to set up my centerpieces and candy buffet and even helping to unload my car and the Candelabra you made for my daughters sweet 16 OMG wow just wow!
