I explained multiple times that the order shown in my Jersey Mike's app was correct and did not match what she was claiming. Despite this, she repeatedly argued with me, refused to acknowledge the mistake, and would not remake my sandwich. Mistakes happen, and I would have completely understood if the order had just been made incorrectly. What made this experience frustrating was the complete lack of customer service and unwillingness to resolve a simple issue. Being told that I ordered something I clearly did not and then being refused a correction was extremely disappointing. I expected much better and will not be returning.
