I got a waffle cone with a scoop of the crème brûlée ice cream, and honestly one scoop was more than enough. Super rich, incredibly creamy, and really well balanced without being overly sweet. The texture and mouthfeel were exceptional, definitely tasted handmade with real care. What also stood out was how well the place was run. There were several staff members helping different groups as soon as they walked up, so even though it was busy there was basically no waiting around. Everyone was friendly, quick, and helpful. Perfect little cool-down stop on the island. We'll absolutely be back.

I could see how some people love this place, but the ice cream was not for us. If I had to go back I would get mango sorbet and stay away from the ice cream. We thought perhaps they went for quantity (big scoops) over quality (I only liked 2 of the 7 flavors I tried - not all of these were samples, my husband ordered two scoops and our girls had ice cream too). That is just too much. - the was a pregnant lady in the waffle area. I'm gonna give Kilwins the benefit of the doubt and say they were doing a kind gesture to a person in need.
