She is unprofessional, unorganized , forgetful, always frazzled, and does not listen to her client nor get facts straight. She's a one woman show with no secretary or assistant and works from her house, not a business office. She presents herself in court looking and acting unprofessional. She spends more time chit chatting with both of my ex's different attorney's . Both whom were personal friends of Finsilver whom she socialized with outside the courtroom. After waiting almost 5 years to get a divorce trial date. Finsilver neglected to submit and present important documents and information to the Judge that would determine a positive outcome of my divorce trial. In addition she made huge mistakes with other important documents my witness had that negatively effected the outcome of my divorce trial. After being paid hundreds of thousands of dollars , I had walked out of my divorce trial getting Zero alimony ......When I had been getting alimony before the trial !! I could have represented myself better than she did. Finsilver's huge mistakes and negligence costed me my financial future!! She then said we could go for an appeal and I sent her another $10,000. The appeal she filed was horrible and once again did not reflect or include the true facts that could have helped win my divorce appeal case. She neglected to file papers with the court on a small money judgement I was awarded. After in writing telling the opposing attorney and myself she was going to complete and file the documents with the court..... However, she never did! She Told me to do it !! Instead of acting as my attorney to represent her client she wrote a non dated unprofessional letter to me stating she has information about me that my ex does not !! I took that letter as a threat !! Because I wrote her several times asking questions as to the status of my case and why she did not complete what she was said to do .....Finsilver then quit my pending Appeal & stated in the notice to the Court , that my case was over, It was not !! Finsilver did so many unethical and unprofessional actions in my divorce case with zero regard to me her client. Complaints will be filed with the State Bar and possible litigation against her for her misconduct in regards to my case. She also referred an Attorney Richard Trugman to sue my ex husband's girlfriend. He was paid a $25,000 retainer . On the day he was to appear in court for me, he was in Paris with his girlfriend and was not in court to represent me. My lawsuit was dismissed and rejected by the Judge. From advice from a new attorney he stated Trugman knew the court would never accept a case to sue my ex's girlfriend and he should have never taken my money and file the lawsuit. Trugman never apologized or returned any of my $25,000 retainer. He and Finsliver are Good friends!! They both clearly took advantage of me and just wanted to profit from my misfortune!!!
