Incredible service! We've been using them weekly for over 6 months. I feel like I'm in a hotel when they leave. They get our house so clean. They even do things like arranging my pairs of glasses in a row on the nightstand. The cleaners are friendly and don't mind my hyper puppy (or, um, her floor stains). We first used this cleaning service in October 2020 after some remodeling that was done to the house. They came in and did a deep clean of the entire house. We were so happy that 18 months later we have them come once a month for standard cleaning. They do a great job. We have a crew of 3 gets the full house (3600 sq ft) done in about 2.5 hours. I love that I can text to schedule service and they let us know when the cleaners are on the way. We leave the house for the time they are here and they lock up when they're done. I'll be honest. This one time cleaning experience gave me the most anxiety I've ever had with a cleaning crew. I normally don't leave my house while I have cleaning service. First off, the crew arrived 40 minutes early than my scheduled appointment. I was planning to go somewhere before they arrived and I was walking out, here's the cleaning crew in the front of my house asking if I was the one who wanted cleaning. Second, they didn't really speak English very well so they didn't interact with me. I opened the door to my house and three people walk in, walk up my stairs straight to my master and start cleaning but they were far from quiet, discreet and gentle. It literally sounded like someone was robbing me in my house. It was awful! I had no idea what to do so I called the number from the business card that one of them gave me and it was the owner's husband. He then directs me to Maria's phone number. She tells me she will call her crew to give them instructions. Guess where I have this conversation? In my backyard because I felt so uncomfortable in my own home. It's awful feeling uncomfortable and vulnerable in your own home while people are doing service in your home. You should never ever feel like that. Ever! I let them finish the work because I really wanted my house clean before the new year. Why I give them two stars than one is because the house was clean to my standards, but I knew that they were rushing through things and wanting to be done for the day. I pay for a service - and that service doesn't just include cleaning, but includes discretion and care to your home and consideration for the homeowner who is paying for the service. I wish employees who make a living cleaning homes understood that better. read more

I contracted with Maria because I love supporting small business, especially women. The reviews were fantastic. Everything went perfectly right up until I got a nasty phone call saying my payment hadn't gone through and that they were driving back to my apartment complex to get the keys from the front office and hold them as ransom. I apologized, but said there was nothing wrong with my card, and could they give me a minute to figure out what was going on. Again I was threatened. One minute later I receive a text saying the payment went through (of course it did). No apology. If you want to be threatened because a business is incompetent at processing payments, this is the one for you! Just because you've been burned before doesn't mean you can treat honest paying customers like criminals. I hope you learn the lesson from this situation and never make anyone feel like that ever again. Edit: owner repeatedly hangs their hat on the fact that they collected my keys (from their personal mailbox). Asked for a move out deep cleaning for a 2br apartment. They did a surface clean at best and overcharged me, tacked on an extra hour they claimed to be at the property but never called me to let me know they are coming, again, like I previously asked them to. The came to the property the next day after the clean day without notifying me or my family and worked. They charged my credit card with no pre-authorization to do so after I asked them to contact me before doing so. To this day after repeated attempts asking. I spoke with Maria to schedule a deep cleaning for my house. I explained to her in great detail my requirements, including wet mopping the kitchen floor. Also, I had requested a man to come cleaning to help clean underneath the furniture. They showed up on time (no man though!) but as soon as I started explaining what is required (i.e. wet mopping my kitchen tile floor) the workers called Maria to complain. I spoke with Maria to explain to her staff to wet mop my tile floor. I don't understand why that is a special request. Clearly they don't know how to clean and this company can not handle any special requests. Please think twice before you hire them.
