By helpful, I mean she scrutinizes my water bill and says "Geez, that looks high. Let's send someone out there right away to look at your meter. Let's get to the bottom of this." That's nice. I was very lucky to find a good sized, reputable firm in Candler, close to where I was. Contacting them and scheduling a service was very easy, they were able to send a tech out the next week. Greg was very knowledgeable and capable. I really didn't know much about the system I had, I had only changed filters in the basement quarterly. As it turns out, I had second furnace that I didn't know about up in the attic to heat the second floor. And THAT filter was nasty, guessing it almost never got changed. Greg was in and out in a couple of hours, everything is running great, and I've already noticed the improvement in the air quality upstairs. Great service at a fair price, highly recommended. I'll be having them come out every year going forward at the start of the heating season.
