Recommended not doing this since system is 14 years old. Says someone will call me Monday with a quote for a new system( 11am Monday still no call) Charges $135 for all this! Call an independent contractor referred by a friend. He tells me over the phone he can replace motor with service call for $500 and that the motor will definitely outlive the system, yes I get heat that day! Guy explains to me that private equity firms are buying up family owned HVAC companies, keeping employees but raising price points and leveraging situations like mine. Wont be calling Bullman anytime soon for anything....

Did I mention he is also Honest? I purchased a Mobile home that was up in years, and whoever owned it before me, did some electrical work that was questionable.
