I met Dr. Havemann who was able to review my HSG results and create a game plan for me. It was the first time o felt heard since 21 when I originally started my journey of trying to figure out why my cycles were so irregular and painful. Turns out I had stage 4 endometriosis and damaged tubes by the time I met Dr. Havemann. She referred me to Dr. Valenti to perform the procedure and I feel better now at 36 than I did at 26. We have met several times to discuss next steps and she explains them to me beautifully. I walk away feeling heard and seen and that is huge to me when finding a fertility team. We started my IVF cycle and mid way realized something needed to change. Even if IVF isn't successful for me I finally have my life back after getting my endometriosis removed and my damaged tubes taken care of this past year. The McKinney office is super clean and the staff is friendly. Everyone greets you with a smile from the financial side to the front office employees that check you in. My husband and I feel very taken care of and that we have a team of people who will do the work to figure the root cause and create a solution that we feel comfortable with as a couple. Dr. Havemann gave me my life back and that is something that 10 doctors prior to her weren't able to do! As a women I usually would here from OBGYNs that "I needed to work out more" "lose more weight" or "this could be a form of anxiety" How am I supposed to work out more when I have debilitating menstrual cycles? Thank you Dr. Havemann for knowing that I wasn't exaggerating my pain. Due to you listening to me I am able to exercise, be more active, and take control over my life now. I am currently down 60 lbs since December 2024 and that makes a huge different in living life!

If you are looking for a positive, caring, clear & communicative IVF experience- I BEG YOU, DO NOT GO TO DALLAS IVF. Please know I could write PAGES about the terrible experiences Dallas IVF put us through, but I'm going to keep this as short and sweet as I can and tell you: PLEASE do your research on a doctors office that is right for you. Since all of these horrible experiences and heartbreaks, my wife and I found another doctor's office and have had the best and most importantly successful experience ever.

I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the significant decline in professional care…read moreI have experienced since the beginning of the new year. As a patient who is currently 35 weeks pregnant, I find myself in an extremely difficult situation due to what I believe are substantial communication failures and billing discrepancies on the part of your practice. Until recently, I had received excellent care and maintained a positive relationship with your office. At the beginning of my pregnancy, I was provided with a financial agreement, which I signed and have been fulfilling through regular payments according to the agreed-upon terms. I was on track to complete my payment obligations, with only one payment remaining after my scheduled January 15th appointment. However, at that appointment, I was presented with a significantly higher balance and a new financial agreement without any prior notification or explanation. When I arrived prepared to make my scheduled payment, I was informed of this unexpected change. Despite the apparent miscommunication originating from your office, I was denied treatment unless I paid the new, substantially higher amount. No reasonable payment arrangement was offered, despite my advanced stage of pregnancy and urgent need for prenatal care. Most concerning is that your office has since refused to complete my FMLA maternity leave paperwork, citing that I am now considered an "inactive patient" because I did not pay at the appointment where I was refused service. This places me in an untenable position professionally and medically. I believe that once a financial agreement is established and signed by both parties, it should be honored regardless of internal administrative errors. I should not be penalized for billing discrepancies that were not of my making, particularly at this critical stage of my pregnancy. I am stuck in a very stressful situation. I strongly urge other expectant mothers to request detailed documentation of all financial agreements and to seek regular clarification on billing matters to avoid finding themselves in similar circumstances. This situation requires immediate resolution, and I expect your practice to honor the original financial agreement and provide the necessary medical documentation for my maternity leave.

I was recommended Craig Ranch OBGYN for my first pregnancy. After about four visits with this…read morepractice, I decided to switch to a different OBGYN. I have nothing against Dr. Darwich--she was very kind. However, the practice requires you to meet all seven (or more) of their PAs and OB physicians because there's no guarantee which provider will be on call when you deliver. The blonde sonographer who performed our first ultrasound was incredibly sweet, and that was definitely one of our highlights. The wait times, however, were consistently long. It was always at least 20+ minutes before being brought back, and once I was seen, appointments typically lasted around 1 1/2- two hours--mostly due to waiting. Even the front desk staff admitted they're overloaded with patients and have very limited appointment availability, yet they continue accepting new patients. My favorite appointment was the one scheduled on a Friday at noon during the Craig Ranch Golf Tournament, when the doctor/owner of the practice was selling parking spots. As a pregnant patient, I spent over 10 minutes driving around and competing for parking just to make it to my own doctor's appointment. There seems to be very little coordination within the office. It often felt like the staff wasn't communicating with one another. At one point, my blood type was entered incorrectly as A- instead of A+ in my chart, which was concerning because they told me I would need a RhoGAM shot before realizing the mistake. Billing was also frustrating. I was told I owed $800 and asked if I wanted to pay, but no one could provide a breakdown of the charges. Nothing appeared in my patient portal, and no billing codes had been submitted to my insurance yet? To top it off, during my very first visit, there was dried blood on the floor of the exam room (not mine), which certainly didn't make me feel comfortable. Overall, I'd recommend looking elsewhere if you're hoping for a more organized office, shorter wait times, and a more personalized pregnancy experience.

At my 37 week appointment it was slightly high. I thought she would say that we would check it again in a week but she didn't. She told me to come back 2 days later and sure enough it was higher. She immediately sent me to the hospital, and I was induced due to pre-eclampsia. I don't know if all obgyns would've done that, but my husband and I brag about that to anyone who will listen because we feel like she helped us avoid some major complications. Was it her education and knowledge? Probably. But we got the feeling it was also instinct, which can't be taught. Since she no longer does OB, I'm glad I'm done with babies, but even as a gyn she is absolutely amazing. Her bedside manner is warm and friendly. She takes her patients concerns seriously and never makes you feel dumb or ashamed (I get weight shamed by almost every doctor but not her). The other staff in her office are always pleasant and never seem bothered. I trust her so much that I run everything by her that any of my other doctors do because I want her opinion. I wish she could be my PCP!
