Dr Baidwan knicked my bladder during surgery and didn't mention it and then it ruptured 2 weeks later. After I called them several times about not feeling well. I had staples and a catheter took 2 month for my bladder to heal it was shredded. read more

Waited in the waiting room for over 30 minutes when I went up to ask if I should reschedule the lady thought I was checking in! I was recommended Craig Ranch OBGYN for my first pregnancy. After about four visits with this practice, I decided to switch to a different OBGYN. I have nothing against Dr. Darwich--she was very kind. However, the practice requires you to meet all seven (or more) of their PAs and OB physicians because there's no guarantee which provider will be on call when you deliver. The blonde sonographer who performed our first ultrasound was incredibly sweet, and that was definitely one of our highlights. The wait times, however, were consistently long. It was always at least 20+ minutes before being brought back, and once I was seen, appointments typically lasted around 1 1/2- two hours--mostly due to waiting. Even the front desk staff admitted they're overloaded with patients and have very limited appointment availability, yet they continue accepting new patients. My favorite appointment was the one scheduled on a Friday at noon during the Craig Ranch Golf Tournament, when the doctor/owner of the practice was selling parking spots. As a pregnant patient, I spent over 10 minutes driving around and competing for parking just to make it to my own doctor's appointment. There seems to be very little coordination within the office. It often felt like the staff wasn't communicating with one another. At one point, my blood type was entered incorrectly as A- instead of A+ in my chart, which was concerning because they told me I would need a RhoGAM shot before realizing the mistake. Billing was also frustrating. I was told I owed $800 and asked if I wanted to pay, but no one could provide a breakdown of the charges. Nothing appeared in my patient portal, and no billing codes had been submitted to my insurance yet? To top it off, during my very first visit, there was dried blood on the floor of the exam room (not mine), which certainly didn't make me feel comfortable. Overall, I'd recommend looking elsewhere if you're hoping for a more organized office, shorter wait times, and a more personalized pregnancy experience. read more

I've had pretty crappy experiences with gynos in the past, but she actually has a personable conversation with you beforehand to relax you and tries to make it quick and not awkward, which I really appreciate. DO NOT see Brittnee McCutchin at this office. She completely disregarded everything during my visit with her, was mentally not there during my visit and gave me zero communication or next steps. I filed a complaint with the Texas Medical Board concerning my experience and Craig Ranch will no longer see me. This practice they just take your insurance money and do not help treat patients and it is very disappointing. Do not waste your time or money and find somewhere else that actually assists patients who come in to see them. read more

What a wonderful change of pace Craig Ranch OB/GYN was! I've heard about C.R. for years, but figured it couldn't be that much different from what I've experienced over the years with my other OBGYN. Today was my first visit to the practice for my annual exam & I had the pleasure of seeing Brittani Orme. Upon entering I was greeted with a smile, checked-in and had my choice of comfy chairs in the lobby to wait. The waiting area felt more like someones living room than a doctor's office. My appointment was at 9am and I was called around 9:10/15am. My weight and blood pressure were taken and I was asked a few questions regarding my visit & medical history (this was my first visit after-all). The difference between this interaction from any other I'd had before was I was given the nurse's undivided attention. She looked me in the eye, responded with follow up questions and responded with sympathy and compassion. I was shown to a room to change and wait. I waited no less than a few minutes before Brittani knocked on the door. She was so joyful and friendly and it was genuine! She spent time talking with me, getting to know me and even asked follow up questions about a procedure I had done in the last year (something my OB of 8years didn't even take the time to do). I never once felt like Brittani had somewhere else to be, or that she was being in-genuine. I tend to be somewhere in between modern medicine and less is more and was so delighted to hear Brittani share updates to exams that really are a "less is more" approach. All in all I had a great experience with Craig Ranch OBGYN and am grateful to have finally listened to all the testimonials I've heard through the years. read more

I was looking for an OB and initially had a great experience with the lady at the front desk--she was very kind and welcoming. However, when I was transferred to the billing department for scheduling and insurance questions, the interaction was very discouraging. As I explained my goals for pregnancy and labor, the person on the phone seemed to focus on why things wouldn't work for me rather than listening or offering solutions. It felt like my concerns and preferences were being dismissed, which left me feeling discouraged. Because of that experience, I chose to cancel my appointment. read more

The receptionist was kind and has great listening skills; she understood my urgent need for an appointment and was able to find me a same day appointment. Also, as I was self-pay, she made sure to give me a heads up, while on the phone, of what my cost would be. The procedure I got was extremely painful (by nature), and Dr. Derrick and her nurse were so great at taking care of my emotional as well as physical needs during the appointment. Dr. Derrick was empathetic and thorough and so was her nurse. It's hard to find a clinic where everyone you interact with shows compassion and efficiency; I was very impressed by my experience here. read more

I have gone to this place for years. Seen multiple health care providers. They are all kind, gentle, and care about your individual concern. Now, the main issues that reflect most of our healthcare system still apply here. It's expensive. With insurance I still paid around $85 to be told I need antibiotics- and was also told I could get an additional bill in the mail because that was only an estimated amount. However, healthcare is always so expensive and complex, I guess I try not to blame this healthcare provider for it. I was fortunate to have the money and just paid. I believe there is a true level of empathy and care here and they have always been extremely nice to me, and on time. I have a lot of medical anxiety and I feel they take that into consideration. They have helped me with issues like fainting during my period, and severe pain during periods etc. I would recommend this place. read more

Brittnee McCutcheon gave me permanent nerve damage in my leg and foot during surgery. I was not padded enough and left too long in the stirrups. Brittnee later said that it happened because I was "so thin." The injury has been devastating. read more

Very knowledgeable doctors. BEST phlebotomists in the game. Hands Down. I transferred from a different ob after moving (was with the previous ob for my first 2 pregnancies). Here, they want you to see all the doctors at the practice at your prenatal appointments so you can be familiar with whoever might be your ob during delivery (different than my previous ob experience). You'll also see the midwife if the doctors aren't available at the time of your appointment. Haven't had my third baby yet so can't speak to that, but great experience so far! read more

Just got back from the annual/wellness visit. This was my first time going there and I was all sorts of nervous for a new place. It was so nice and clean and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The girl at the front desk was very kind & the woman who took me back, girl, you were my favorite! You literally were the sweetest, nicest and listened to everything I had to say, plus helped me out with my past experiences! I adore you. I can't say enough. To everyone asking about Brittnee McCutchin, I truly believe that women should be empowered and supported by their provider and she did the exact opposite on my first visit with her. Being raised in the medical field my whole life, she's got terrible bedside manner. She did not listen or even try to be empathetic with my situation and fears and for those reasons, with even a 1% chance of her delivering my baby was enough reason to walk away from this entire practice. Dr. Derrick has been my doctor since 2019, and I cannot recommend her enough! She is patient, kind, compassionate, and understanding. I am a highly anxious person when it comes to going to the doctor for any reason. She makes me feel safe and heard through all my concerns. I never feel like I am being judged. She walks me through everything she is doing, when I ask and respects when I don't want to be walked through everything. Along with Dr. Derrick's amazing-ness, the nurses and the entire staff are very caring and friendly. Answer any and all my questions without making me feel like I'm being judged. As long as I can I will continue to come to see Dr. Derrick and the staff here, even if I have to travel 2,000 miles to do so. read more

Went to this clinic with my 18-year-old daughter who needed to have an invasive procedure done. It was only her second time to see an OB/GYN and her first time to have an exam. They refused to let me go back with her. I get it. Covid. Meanwhile, men are going back with their pregnant wives for their appointments. Again... I get it. But I believe each patient's needs should be taken into account regarding their individual appointment and their specific procedures. I would never recommend a practice that doesn't put the needs of its patients first. read more

I chose Craig Ranch OB/GYN, because of their high reviews and ratings. They have lived up to the expectation. They are very friendly. They have a good set up and process. They are organized and care! Many services are conveniently located, like Solis mammogram, and doing other ultrasounds on site. My best experience so far was with Sonographer Rebecca Banks. She went above and beyond to explain the process. She was approachable, very kind, and the process was easy! I currently don't have insurance, but I am happy to self-pay for great service! read more

I do not recommend going here! 6 months pregnant and having heart complications with baby and was referred here. After waiting an hour in the waiting room also watching everyone else walk right in and be seen.. I went up and asked the front desk and she said I needed to pay almost 500$ before I saw the doctor and I was SUPER confused due to nobody mentioning this to me beforehand. So as a normal human being I had questions and the front desk lady was VERY DISRESPECTFUL and impatient to me and my father. We had waited over an hour, took off work, drove from Dallas just to be treated like garbage! Lady with purple shaved head was just awful!! I hope she doesn't treat everyone like that She was huffing and puffing while I was asking questions and said "Jesus Christ" when I walked away! I have gone here for several years. I was always happy about the service I was provided. However, after my interaction today, I will be looking for a new womens health center. My teenage daughter needs to be seen and I spoke directly to the nurse about my concerns. I explained what she needed & asked if this was something they could help her with before I take her out of school & spend money on a co-pay just to be told they couldn't help her. The nurse got defensive right away & was pretty curt in her response. She basically said she wasn't sure they could help and that was that. No concern or effort to help me seemed present. So, needless to say I DID NOT make an appointment and got a referral to a new doctors office from my daughter's pediatrician. I will never go back there! read more
