I have been getting my lashes done for 3 years now and have been to various companies. The last 2…read moreyears I've been with Amazing Lash Studio. Even within the Amazing Lash company I have visited 3 locations (West 7th, Southlake and Alliance). This location in Alliance has been my favorite thus far. They've had some management issues in the past but Brooke is the new manager and has done a great job. I give this business 5 stars BUT only if you get a good stylist and because I'm grandfathered into the original price of $45.99/month. There's a ton of ways getting lashes here quickly become more expensive and I try to avoid those traps because lashes are a luxury for me and I just can't justify spending more than $120/month on them. I need to have budget for nails, pedis and massages too . This location has a great selection of stylists! I would highly recommend Ashley, Shelly, Kayla and Clarice. They do a fantastic job. Unfortunately now most of them are master stylists which means you have to pay $10 more EACH service . I guess that's my only real complaint about this place is the constant ploy to get more money (I get it, it's a business but loyal costumers are hard to find and there's plenty of competition). If you know how to work around it by avoiding the upcharges and taking good care of your lashes (FOLLOW THEIR INSTRUCTIONS FOR CARE PEOPLE), the employees at this location make it worth it! Also I do recommend a few of their products: foaming lash cleanser, lash coating and nature lash serum. These will save you money in the long run by making your lashes look better longer!

My technician, Tia, started my appointment right on time. She was quiet but checked in with me to make sure she understood what I wanted. While the service itself wasn't bad, there wasn't anything that stood out. At other salons I've visited, the experience typically ends with small finishing touches--like applying lotion or a brief hand massage--but this service felt very basic. I still tipped Tia 20% because Honey worked me into the schedule during what would have been Tia's break, and I appreciated that accommodation. Unfortunately, once I got home and removed my contacts so I could see my nails more clearly, I noticed several details that became more apparent over the next few days. It appeared the polish wasn't properly sealed, and one nail had missing polish along the side before I ever left the salon. Since my nails were completely dry when I departed, I believe those issues should have been caught before the service was finished. For me, the overall experience wasn't worth the drive or the price I paid. The video of my nails tells the story better than this caption ever could. That said, based on my interaction with Honey, I genuinely believe booking with her could result in a different experience. Yet I was ok. I was trusting them and the process. I made my next 2 appts at that time. The second visit took just as long if not longer. I had plans but was not able to keep them as they were because the appt took so long. I never got the chance to go to the third appt which I made two months prior and had planned right before a vacation. They sent a text the day before asking if it was ok to move my appt to a new tine. I declined because again I had plans for that day. They then sent multiple confusing texts asking me to change my appt time which I didn't understand when they originally asked and I declined. They finally called and confirmed my original appt. They then sent a text on the day of my appt two hours before to say the tech had the flu and they would have to reschedule me and gave me 5 or so random appt choices during the morning hours as if I don't work. So very unprofessional. If you value your time do not waste it on this establishment. I overlooked the contract, the high prices and the long timeframe for the service but I will not compromise on how I am treated.
