I called to place an order for a very special occasion. Upon the answer was a deep sigh as if it was a pain to receive a call. I picked out the exact thing I wanted online so the order was very simple/quick and had my cc # in hand ready to go. After placing the order with TODD I called back to make one change to the wording on the card and asked TODD to read the message back after the update, as I wanted it to be perfect for this occasion. He kept getting the message wrong that I was telling him to write so I had to tell him again. He then refused to read it back to me after I had to correct him 3 times and hung up on me! So I called back and said I really don't like your attitude towards me hoping for maybe an apology but instead TODD said "well I don't like yours so let's cancel it" and hung up on me again. My feelings are hurt, as I was kind to this man and had no attitude. TODD was just mean/rude from the get-go. So happy to take my business elsewhere. Made an order on Valentine's Day. Tried calling both numbers on their website, no answer. Tried calling the number listed on this page, no answer. Just wanted a follow up confirmation to know if my order was delivered. I found a standby phone number by zooming into the store front on Google Maps. Guy that answered had an attitude at first, but I came in peace so his tone changed a bit. Just wanted to know if there was a delivery confirmation like an email or text. Unfortunately, my experience with Grace's Florist in Charlotte, NC, was nothing short of disappointing. When I called to inquire about live potted flowers, I was met with rudeness and lack of empathy. Being new to this, I simply asked about the prices, but the person who answered the phone responded dismissively, comparing my call to asking prices at a grocery store. He rudely suggested I check their website instead, without offering any further help. For a business with the name "Grace," you would expect a lot more kindness and professionalism, especially in such sensitive times. Did not look at all like what i ordered online. I paid for the highest value (70.00 USD) and received a count of about 12-14 Roses. And bought the most expensive option for stuffed animals, except when i walked in the store there were way bigger/ better options. Not worth the purchase. read more

I went on their website and found an arrangement that I liked so I called and asked how much extra would it be to do calla lilies instead of the regular lilies that was in the arrangement. I was told it would be in the $75 range. I agreed to the deal and gave them my information. Being that I live in Phoenix Arizona, I asked them before they delivered my flowers to please send me a picture of the arrangement. Well it was delivered without my final approval. When my sister sent me pictures of the arrangement they were nothing like what I paid for. I ended up paying almost $120 for eight roses and seven mini Cala lilies and greenery. They never sent me a receipt or the picture like I asked. when I called the shop they tried to skirt around the issue of them being busy that's why they couldn't send a picture of the arrangement per one woman who answered the phone. When I told them I was unhappy with the arrangement because it was not what I picked out on the website, nor was it what I was told the price would be. Had it not been for my sister, loving Cala lilies and roses. I would've sent them back and asked for a refund. Once I complained to the lady on the phone about not being happy, she said that she would have the owner call me back. He called back and asked what did I want to do about it? He asked did I want him to go and pick up that arrangement from my sister who had already seen it and said they could probably make something else. I told him that defeated the purpose. And I also explained to him that I requested a picture for final approval since I am out of state before they even delivered it. Then he asked me if $30 off of the $118 I paid will that be a fair credit. I told him that was not gonna solve the issue at hand. I was not happy with her arrangement and not getting what I paid for. He was so in a rush to get off the phone with me. He said he would look up my credit card information and apply a $30 refund. My question is what are you doing with my credit card information three days later after the purchase is what I want to know? I will never do business with this company again and I only gave them 2 stars because my sister liked the arrangement. I would not recommend this florist. read more

I received the bouquet and it looked NOTHING like it did in the website. I call the shop and they go back and fourth with me about giving me my full refund. The older gentleman have a nasty disposition. I called to see if they were open since the open sign was not on. He was rude saying well ma'am I can't turn it on right now. I made my order online the week before the homegoing service. I called the Tuesday before the service which was on a Thursday to confirm that my order was received, it was. The day of the service around noon, I get a call from the driver that he is there to make the delivery and no one is at the church. I said what? The flower arrangement was to be delivered before 10 am which was the start time of the viewing, my written instruction when I placed the order. Even though my money was refunded, they suggested a plant arrangement and have it delivered to the home. Now get this, if I agreed to that, then my money would not be refunded. The plant would have been around what I paid in the beginning. Now because this is their vault, I asked could they still send something small to the home at their expense because they messed up. I was told no. Why should my money be used to cover their error. Everyone make mistakes which was told to me and they said even you. I agreed we all make mistakes, but for this occasion there is no room for error. I live out of town 7 hours away. I was going to go through FTD or another well known florist.
