Having someone with her experience, passion, and dedication teaching the next generation is truly special. Our boys are 4 and 8, and jiu-jitsu has already made such a positive difference in both of them. They're learning confidence, respect, focus, perseverance, and discipline--not just on the mat, but in everyday life. We especially noticed the difference with our 8-year-old. He had been struggling with staying focused and disciplined enough to get his homework done. Since starting jiu-jitsu, we've seen a real improvement in his ability to focus, follow through, and understand that responsibilities come before play. The discipline he is learning on the mat is carrying over into school and home, which has been wonderful to see as parents. Our 4-year-old is also learning at such a young age how to listen, follow directions, respect his coaches and teammates, and build confidence in himself. The coaches are encouraging while still holding the kids accountable, and our boys genuinely look forward to going. We came for jiu-jitsu, but what they are gaining goes far beyond learning a sport. I visited here a couple of times and the main instructor wasn't in. Even though I showed up early on a Saturday morning, I was informed that they were about to close. I got the impression that my business wasn't wanted there. Additionally, when I called, (and I made sure to do so during business hours) nobody picked up. read more

Don't join, save your money and time. The facility is not clean. The main teacher is gone half the time and they have students subbing. They don't put caps on their classes and get too many people in and they can't handle it. read more
