Katy the owner was wonderful and showed me around and all they have to offer their clients.. lots! Kickboxing, spin, barre, healthy juice drinks, and the sauna. I loved it! It took about 15 minutes to warm up but wants it did it was good and HOT! I used some oil I brought and worked my facia blaster all over my body, all while listening to music. It was a great experience and I'm excited to try some other classes and I will for sure be doing the sauna again! I felt amazing when I left and feel like I sweated out a lot of toxins! Win on so many levels!

CJ and her staff do an amazing job at making a healthier lifestyle easier to achieve. I've been…read moreseeing CJ for about a year now when she ran my first Mineral Ratio Test. With this test we were able to confirm a lot of symptoms I had been struggling with. This test basically allows your body to speak to you about what's going on inside and seeing the results on paper was a huge eye opener. We discovered I had aluminum toxicity among other few minerals out of whack and with the help of supplements, lifestyle changes and a few beauty product switches we've been able to get things under control. Ever session I have with CJ I've been able to learn more about my body and its status and she has made this all simpler to comprehend and easier to adjust to the life changes it was screaming for. My weight is more under control but most of all I feel better. Energy to complete my day, a clearer mind and waaaay less stressed! A healthy life is worth your investment. CJ taught me one thing I'll never forget. God designed us to live a prosperous life and if our health isn't serving us well then it's more difficult to live upto his plan for us. Her location on Main St. has multiple fitness classes offered thought out the week, you are able to sign up for these online. She also has a sauna in the back of her shoppe. They offer a variety of snacks and items you may need such as natural tooth paste, natural deodorant (which actually works!) but my favorite is the refrigerated case that is stocked with meals ready to eat and I must say they are delicious and filling!!!

Wow! No reviews since 2017. I was a member from 2017 to 2019. The only reason I stopped my…read moremembership was because I'm moving out of town. The instructors at Club KO genuinely care about the people in their class. They will politely correct form and also provide encouragement if they see the class struggling (they never single anyone out). As you walk in, the front desk is always friendly. The instructors (once they know you) will say hi as you walk in. The classes and their content vary based on day and time. If you're reading this and timid about your first class, here's how it will go: Show up 10-15 minutes before class. Be ready to sign a waiver. If you don't have gloves they will provide them for the first class. I'd recommend having your own wraps but I've seen them give latex gloves to people to wear in their gloves. Class starts with jump rope, and then it gets into boxing. You have one 5-minute break in the middle. You will sweat, you will get fit. I would recommend Club KO to anyone interested in getting fit or learning about boxing. And in case anyone is wondering, I've never seen anyone get hit in the head or the body in a class.

The coaches are very welcoming but will make you sweat! They will push you but you also have to push yourself. This is structured as a boxing for fitness class, so you won't be expected to spar at any point, and no worries if you're nervous about coming in. The staff is incredibly friendly-- and it's not just one person; it's everyone I've interacted with so far. I've been to various gyms (CrossFit-esque, luxury/boutique, smaller/independent kickboxing). Still, I don't recall an instructor asking me on the first day of coming in about my personal goals and how they could help me attain them. They're also offering personal training if that's something that interests you. The facilities are immaculate and still in excellent condition, but they haven't been open that long. The room where classes are held is split in half: uppercut bags on one side and benches with weights on the other. Lockers are available along the wall near the entrance, and there is a water fountain if you bring a reusable water bottle. If you don't have the gear, no sweat. They've got some you can borrow, and if you decide to sign up, you can buy some gloves and quick wraps there. If you're new and unsure, I suggest you take an intro class and take advantage of the BOGO offer for first-timers. That way, you'd take three classes and choose the best plan for you.

I was told equipment will be provided then the day before the class i find out that i actually need to buy it all myself because it's "not guaranteed." Not what i was told at the beginning but okay (i have texts to prove it too). It seems like whoever is in charge of responding to peoples questions and concerns doesn't really care if you're not apart of the gym already. Not sure if that's what's going on for sure, just how it feels after being ignored and getting a lackluster or no response at all. THAT'S NOT EVEN THE WORST PART. I'm a total beginner. I have made that very clear from the beginning and i think i have asked which Muay Thai class is the beginner class (because you guys have 3-4 of them at different times) because obviously I dont want to go into an intermediate class when, again, I'm a beginner. You think you'd want to answer this question relatively fast so someone doesn't get hurt but i guess thats not the case here. I thought i found a good gym and one that was close to the house but i guess it's back to finding a new gym.
