He has shown me that there is so much more than self defense BJJ. I am a bigger guy so learning things like spider guard and being comfortable with it is a huge for me. Professor Spangler goes out of his way to help tune a technique so that it suits either your body type or your flexibility limitations. Top notch. Coach Spangler has been there for the children and adult for support, advice and coaching in tournaments. Classes are spread out in the day for adult before or after work; especially the afternoon class that's at the same time as the kids class so parents can take a class too. We couldn't ask for a better place for us to learn Jiu Jitsu.
