The ladies at the desk are not friendly and ignore you until they're ready. A simple "hello, be right with you." Goes a long way. The teachers all appear to hate their jobs which was unsettling. And I thought maybe that's just how it is but we moved to a new club for this session and it definitely isn't normal. I only saw her old teacher smile literally once in the entire session. We needed to schedule a makeup class and nobody ever got back to us, I left messages. Just overall disappointing. Happy with our new club.
