I love rooftop bars and so glad Gracie's is in the area. I'm here for work for a few weeks and I found my go-to bar to relax, unwind and enjoy a drink. The indoor area has a nice bar with the best bartenders behind it; with their prompt, attentive service and friendly attitude it's hard not to keep coming back! Parker has been my bartender primarily and she's the ultimate best. Never skips a beat and frequently observes when mine (and everyone else's) drink needs a refill. She's super professional and great with the guests. The bar is stocked with all the beer, wine and spirits and the cocktail menu has a wide range to satisfy any palette. The outdoor areas have a couple cozy firepits with lounge seating to enjoy drinks out in the sun (or moon). If hunger creeps in, they do have food delivery from Walk-ons just next door. With the fantastic drinks, lovely ambiance and great conversations, I'm already looking forward to my next visit! read more

I also hoped the rooftop access was available so I could sit out there in the early morning and watch the sunrise. This was my first time at a rooftop bar and it had definitely peaked my curiosity. A bit hard to find as there's no signage outside. However, it's located on the 5th floor inside the Best Western Hotel. The bar area itself is set up really cute with Valentine's Day decor. However as of 1/20/24 they still had their Christmas cocktails available. The bartender was very attentive however there weren't many people there at over time. They were out of cranberry juice, but my strawberry mule was goood! Definitely recommend checking this place out. read more

I was in town for one day and decided to check out this rooftop bar. The bartenders were nice and welcoming and made a good drink. I ordered the meat and cheese board and the Tiki punch. The drink was tasty but not strong. I like the grass wall indoors but felt they could use another photo spot outside. I don't think the menu on the website is updated as the one there didn't match. While enjoying an evening with my husband, big roaches and little roaches were appearing ( there were multiple). My husband mentioned it to the bartender and she acted like this was normal. It's hard to enjoy food and drinks with roaches around you. My advise is to Gricies rooftop is to fumigate or contract with a pest control against bugs. read more

I found out this afternoon that Warner Robins has a rooftop bar and figured I'd check it out. All told, service was good, as were the cocktails. A few notes: the website is not up to date. There are new flatbread pizzas on the menu. I had one of those new pizzas, the Fig and Pig: roasted figs, feta cheese, and bacon jelly. It was quite tasty. Likewise, the posted reward for checking in on Yelp is no longer valid, but the manager did agree to comp me for one of my drinks, which I appreciated. Other elements of service I appreciated were that recent showers had left the outside tables wet, and when I asked, they promptly dried the table off. For drinks, I got a Pink Dragon and their version of an Old Fashioned, both of which were quite tasty. The view from the rooftop is nice in the afternoon. The drinks are a little on the high side (ten-ish bucks) but there's a good pour. Parking (in the hotel parking lot) was plentiful, but I was there in the first hour after opening on a Thursday. All told, not bad and I'll be back in the future. read more

It has been about two years since I came here and my main issue has always been how slow the bar service is. When they first opened, I chalked it up to the establishment being new but the service hasn't changed in over two years. Tonight's bartenders were different than before, but they seemed to be deliberately slow. There were two bartenders and neither had any sense of urgency. There were five people in front of me and it took close to 20 minutes to get a drink. My friend ordered food and it took over 40 minutes because they send orders to another restaurant to be filled. This is irritating mainly because it's a rooftop BAR. The bar and the food are literally the main attractions so you'd think there would be a focus on either the bar or the food service--ideally both. The second patio adds space for more people which is nice. We came for a Harry Potter event which was really fun, but everyone at my table only had one drink because of the wait time. No one else ordered food for that same reason. Instead we waited until we left to get food somewhere else. Attending the Harry Potter event with other nerdy folks like ourselves was cool but honestly I could've invited friends to my backyard and done better for cheaper. It's just not the "rooftop bar" experience that we were hoping for so I can't recommend it. read more

Gracie's Rooftop Bar provides a unique space for all certain types of occasions and celebrations. The thing I love most about it is how you don't feel like you are somewhere close to home but instead on a vacation for the night. The staff is always friendly, inviting, and accommodating. I really think that Gracie's rooftop bar is the best addition to the bar scene for Warner Robins. Did I mention that they can serve food from Walk On's restaurant inside the bar! Gracie's does NOT care about customers health/dietary/safety/religious needs.. I've been a vegetarian for 10 years. I ordered the spring rolls that say vegetables, not chicken/pork. Once I bit into the spring roll, I realized it had meat. I asked the bartenders if the spring rolls had meat and they had no idea. The new bartender tending to us with the locs tried to get an answer. The other bartender, young and blond shrugged her shoulders and looked away when asked by the new bartender( day 2 on the job). They said they were getting the manager and I waited over 15 minutes. No manager showed up. I asked about the manager and they said " oh we'll get the manager". Waited another 15 minutes. I started putting on my coat and Danielle the 3rd bartender approached us and said the manager was on the way to the kitchen to investigate what happened. We were told there are several types of spring rolls even though the menu clearly only shows one type, vegetable. We rode over to Rigbys where we found the manager who clearly had no idea what we were talking about, according to him. What if I had been allergic to something not listed on the menu, what if I was Muslim? The actions of everyone involved AFTER the incident was the main issue. Lack of empathy and just no caring. Was here for a catered event. It was a pasta bar and was so overcooked and watered down it was not edible. I am not picky at all and don't usually leave reviews but service was also terrible. For what they charge to rent the space this is definitely not worth the price. All the bad reviews are right do not come here for food. The people working were nice however we ordered food and waited an hour for it then when we asked how long it would be (we were the only people there when we ordered) they said they would go check. The person checking came back empty handed 20 minutes later so we asked for a refund. We got the refund and the drinks were good but this place is overpriced for food you never get. This place keeps changing for good and for worse. I have been there four times and the first and second time were great (April/May) . The bartenders were great, engaging and talkative, the third time was not so good. I guess they were not prepared for a large group and were understaffed so my wife and I did not stay long. Last night I found out they have a new menu which is good because they have more variety, however they also have new bartenders and they were low energy and did not engage with the customers . People going to a bar want to have conversations and good bartenders are like the counselor listening and talking and making people feel good about themselves. Bartenders present an inviting, friendly atmosphere to bar patrons so they feel welcome and relaxed. Bartenders may offer conversation if the bar is quiet as well as meet customer requests when the bar is busy. We were accuse of not being calling a staff member a derogatory word"Bitch" during our FIRST visit. We were not please with the service or the manager who was very aggressive. I went tonight for the first time. As a native of the town I was pleased to see we finally got a rooftop, but the service made me really disappointed. I went to the bar, which wasn't extremely busy, and it was very clear that I was the only one still waiting for service when everyone else had been served. The bartender was taking orders from people who were behind me or going to the side and I was attempting to get his attention many times. The manager made eye contact with me on many occasions and did not seem concerned about it either. When I finally got his attention, I kindly asked for two whiskey on the rocks and he served a very small volume it in a plastic cup with very little ice (no stones or whiskey glass). When I saw the bill for it, I was shocked. I lived in Atlanta for nearly 4 years and never have I paid so much for a standard whiskey. This place has nice seating, but the experience otherwise just made it very odd. read more
