I attempted to eat there Friday Night with 4 other members of my family but after waiting for 45 minutes and seeing tables open up we were told we could not be seated yet because the kitchen was backed up. We waited another 30 minutes while watching the kitchen staff stand around and chit chat. We also witnessed 2 male managers walk around drinking beer and socializing with customers. When we asked the hostess if we could speak with the manager, she told us he would tell us the same thing about the kitchen being backed up. We left. This was perfect example of poor management. They could have easily sat us at a table and taken our drink orders. They had 1 party on the patio and one large party in the side room but if they knew they had those parties the should have planned better. Arrived at 5:50 PM, asked for a table for 5. I was told we would need to wait 30 minutes. We patiently waited until 6:50 PM before asking about one of the 3 empty tables that would accommodate our party. Was told the kitchen was backed up and that was the reason we couldn't be seated. When my wife asked to speak to the manager, who we saw drinking beer on the back patio with patrons, we were told no. Absolutely no reason anyone should be treated like that. I get that they were busy, but we couldn't even be allowed to sit at an empty table or speak to a manager? Won't be back and I would discourage anyone else from visiting this establishment. Had a great time at Tap & Pour after work for a group gathering. They had a separate room that comfortably fit our large party which was a huge plus. I ordered a couple of beers and some finger foods. Definitely recommend the wings because they were pretty damn good. The place was lively and a bit rowdy but that just added to the atmosphere. The food did take a little longer than expected but totally understandable with the size of our group. To me, the ketchup was a better condiment to the bar fries, if you feel like dipping! The pimento cheese burger was cooked exactly as I ordered.... Medium. My wife and I go here weekly for date night. they have 30+ drinks on tap at a great price. The food is over the top good, every dish looks like it came from a picture. And the service is by far my favorite. The first time visiting, they had an unexpected biker group of 30 come in, with out 2 servers they took care of business. Our food was out to us within 10 minutes and so delicious we had to come back for more. 100 out 10 recommend, best place in town! read more

The servers were extremely rude and created anything but a welcoming atmosphere. Instead of professionalism, they used harsh language, vaped openly, and even drank on the clock. My kids were exposed not only to foul language but also to alcoholic managers, disrespectful servers, and a complete lack of spirit. A Bar and Grill marketed as "family-friendly" should never feel unsafe for children. And then there was the food--cheap, half-cooked, bland, and served without care. Food menu is pub food and nice selection of brews. I opted for a flight to sample some. For my food I had the pimento burger. Pretty darn tasty! Great grill flavors. The bun was fresh and perfect match with the meat. This is a big and filling burger so be prepared. You probably don't need a side of fries. Deb had a couple of pork belly tacos. The food was Delicious. The atmosphere seemed great. The only problem I incurred was the parking. I came for delivery and the parking situation was kind of a nightmare. We ordered the fish & chips they were fantastic. We tried the nachos they were delicious but weren't warned how spicy they were. I'll have to remember to have them turn that down a notch for my tastes but they too were hot fresh and made with quality ingredients. The last was the pickle fries and those too were delicious. I would gladly recommend them with the exception of their parking. If you drive a large vehicle you may want to avoid going or order it to come to you. read more

While we've had good experiences before, tonight was frustrating. We walked in the front door, looking to sit outside and no one acknowledged us, so we sat ourselves outside thinking that was the normal procedure. Several employees walked past us over 10-15 min before stopping to ask us if we'd been helped and telling us they'd be right back. When they did return a few more minutes later we were told the kitchen was closed and had been for 15 minutes. The tone of the employee was not at all apologetic and she stated we should have known they were closed because it's listed on the door and online (definitely not listed that the kitchen closes earlier on FB where I looked). We chose the location because of the atmosphere and because we knew our friends (mid cross-country move with their dog) would be welcomed. I recently tried the food and i would recommend the burgers and fries. The tacos were less to be desired but I am working my way through the menu to give a full report. Tap n Pour is a great business. They have many different ON Tap beers from many Georgia Brewerys, so a HUGE selection, plus a pretty good burger to boot. They just did an add-on patio with a fireplace and putting green for nice outdoor events, and they have live music every week. They also just started Sunday brunch, which I am posting a picture of! Wish I could give them zero stars! So many things were so bad, I hardly know where to begin... Had reservations for three people at 11:30am on a Sunday. Stood in line for 10 minutes, only for the hostess to say they couldn't seat us. Apparently, they had "over-reserved" their patio tables. We were there (with our dog), from out out state, and needed outdoor seating (which was noted when the reservation was made - well in advance). Finally able to get a picnic style table with an umbrella in the grassy area, even though there were several empty tables on the patio itself. After 20 minutes of not even being acknowledged by a server, we flagged down the hostess and asked her to send someone over. We ordered as soon as she came to our table. 15 minutes more to get our beverages (just sodas and tea). The server told us she couldn't find any glasses!! Another 20 minutes to get our food, which, judging by the temperature had sat for 15+ minutes before being brought out. The person who delivered our food was not the server. Had to ask for salt/pepper. Who doesn't supply that from the start?! When refills were requested, the server stated since they didn't have any glasses we would have to wait until we completely finished what we had and she would then refill those glasses. She never came back to do that. Food ordered was chicken and waffles, eggs benedict with salmon, and a hash bowl. Not very good, but by the time it was brought out we were ready to eat the faux grass our picnic table was sitting on. The server never came back to check on us, and never even brought the check out. We had to go inside to get it. It should be noted you can ONLY order from the brunch menu on Sundays. Had I been told that when the reservation was made, we would've chosen to eat elsewhere.
