He is licensed, insured, professional, responsive and punctual! We had water damage to our floors so I reached out to Dave and he immediately replied and later came by to look at the damage. He determined a section of our floor would need to be replaced and mildew was developing below the floor boards. That evening he sent us an estimate for replacing the floors in the living room and the next day he came out and removed the section of the floor with the water damage, thus removing the mold and allowing the remaining floor to dry. He brought floor samples so we could pick a pattern we liked. We schedule the installation and he and his team arrived as scheduled and left the house looking great.

We discussed the design, budget, and timing he was able to give me some great recommendations on materials that I hadn't even considered. A start date only 1 week out was set. He said it would be finished in 2 weeks, he finished one day early, and the quality is topnotch! When the budget allows, I'll be having them do my kitchen. They lied nonstop and brought in unlicensed subs. The city issued a stop work order and I had to hire a real licensed contractor to recover the job and pull permits, the project was at a standstill for a month. I fired them half way through the bad paint job and they just walked out on the GC today because of their total lack of organization, skill and ability to finish anything. There is no accountability for anything, it's always someone else's fault. Don't let the name fool you. Bad painters, they're not licensed to remodel. Horrible experience.
