Thankfully, Elite Pool Designs put all of our fears to rest thanks to their amazing customer service, fair prices and excellent, high quality work. We previously had a koi pond in our backyard but, as the fish died out, realized we wanted something else back there instead. We reached out to Elite Pool and Cyndi and she came over the next day to assess our yard. As we had no idea where to start, she helped guide us through the whole process, connecting us with surveyors, tree removal experts and all of the other hidden things you don't think about when you decide "I want a pool". After the work to get the yard ready was done, we went to the Elite Pool offices to pick out the tile, lining and design of the pool. Cyndi walked us through the shape and features we wanted, and provided a very reasonable quote for everything, including, automation, a heater for the pool (hey it DOES sometime get cold here!) and a screen enclosure. Construction for the pool started in October 2024 and finished in late January 2025, and our hat goes off to Robert (owner of Elite Pool) for his help with managing the entire project. Crews arrived as needed and on time, and though there were some periods between steps where not a lot of work was being done, it was never unreasonable and given the holidays, totally fair. Inspection and electrical were simple and easy and now we are ready to enjoy our pool! For anyone in our same position, looking to install a pool from scratch but not sure where to turn, Elite Pool Design should be your first call, can't recommend them highly enough!

After a few months the pool looked like a swamp. I had several quotes to get the pool cleaned and running again, some of these other companies really tried to gouge me and upcharge me on things I did not want. Bob came out and gave me a very reasonable quote and did not try to upcharge me on anything. Once the pool got cleaned out I decided I should refinish it and add a sundeck. Again they could of gave me an outrageous quote since half the job was done but once again I was given a very reasonable number. Communication was great by phone, text and email. The guys who came out to do the work were very friendly and professional. The job got done in a reasonable amount of time and the pool looks fantastic. The company was know as Walker pools previously but now called Affordable so you can look up both to find them. If I ever need pool repairs again they will be the first ones I call. When I reached out to Integrity Pools regarding this structural/plumbing issue on a pool built so recently, the owner flatly refused to even inspect or assist, citing a fine-print non-transferable warranty clause for subsequent homeowners. While I understand warranty fine print, a primary drain/plumbing line failing in a pool under 7 years old points to an issue that shouldn't happen regardless of who holds the property deed. Extremely disappointed in the lack of support or willingness to stand behind their construction quality.

First impressions were good and then things slowly went downhill after that. Because my husband has been ill and I work out of state a lot we kind of let things slide until I started to see green slime and debris in the pool often after they had serviced it which is weekly. I understand our pool is old and we are currently getting bids on refurbishing the entire pool and deck but simple servicing should not be affected by the age of the pool. When the owner came out after a complaint he clearly said it needed to be shocked but why the guy who comes every week could not identify that and take care of it is beyond me. The weekly cleaning guy comes in and barely scrubs down the sides of the pool. We have a rather large pool and spa and it the whole brushing process takes him less than 2 minutes from start to finish. I have never seen him scrub the spa and have to continually ask him to do so every week. The vacuuming takes a little longer but not by much. Our pool is starting to have some chips and after he vacuums I can go right out and see the same chips that were there before he arrived. When he extends his pole for brushing he frequently hits the top of our screened in roof and I am afraid he will puncture it if not watched carefully. My husband had to speak to him twice as after he vacuums he takes the contents and umps them right outside our screened area where we walk and leaves a mess. That didn't happen more than twice as my husband got pretty mad. The whole cleaning process from start to finish never took more than 10-15 minutes. Recently we had an issue and the owner came over and did a brief servicing and cleaning of the filter which we were told when we hired them that this was an annual service. I can understand paying for any parts but not the service which we had been told was included but once a year only and this was once a year. He never charged us the first time so why he can say it was not included now is beyond me. The cost went up significantly this year and the service went down. Needless to say my husband cancelled our service today. I do not recommend this company to anyone who cares at all about the servicing of their pool. Although the owner is very responsive he rarely takes ownership for what has occurred or his employees. All I got told was he has never had anyone complain and this particular employee who has been with him for years. That is not listening to what the customer has to say at all. I have been in a senior leadership role in health care for many years and know what customer service is about and how critical it is to any good business. This company does not demonstrate that all. To say you have never had any complaints and then to find multiple online is kind of naïve as to what people are saying about your company, Find another pool service company that you can trust and puts you the customer first not this one at all!
