The team was unable to do edging in the front as their edger was out of service, but since my spouse has an edger on a weed trimmer he can do it this year. The man I spoke to was friendly and polite, and I was excited to finally be able to see out of my windows again after too long being dirty! I'm trying to sell my house, so the windows needed to look spotless! When the day came, I was so frustrated. He'd told me on the phone to make sure that my window screens were removed before they arrived. I tried, but these are complicated old 1970s era windows, and about half of them, I couldn't get out. I called him, and he said he could help. I was given a window of arrival between 11 and noon, and it was a little after noon when he arrived. But now, knowing how much he does for all of their clients, it was no big deal at all. I could tell the fellow who showed up was the same one I spoke to on the phone, so he introduced himself as Waqas. He jumped into action, removing my many layers of windows and screens like a pro, then he went to it. While he did the outsides, I Windexed the insides and cleaned the tracks, because they were disgusting, and had not been cleaned in quite a while (years). Then I brought the screens outside to spray clean since they were filthy too. He showed me the perfect technique for insuring the screens were as dry as possible, and THEN he even put them all back in for me, since he knew how difficult they were. I felt bad because I made him late for his next appointment. But Winducks gets a solid 5-star rating for such friendly, outstanding customer service. I won't hesitate to use them again. Dustin promptly provided a quote and the cleaning was scheduled for today (July 6). The guys showed up on time in an unmarked truck. They were here for 1.5 hrs. When I got home I was immensely disappointed. I should have read my quote more carefully. Soffits and fascia were not included in the clean. My siding wasn't dirty so when I got home it looked like nothing had been done. The windows had been washed but left streaky. I sent a frustrated email to Dustin. His reply stated to send pictures and that it was clearly stated soffits/fasciae weren't included. Dustin called me today, was very courteous and offered to come and clean the soffits for free. I let him know that I didn't expect anything for free but appreciated the offer. All sorted and I appreciate the follow-up!

I called a half hour after the 8:30 am appointment and got some fake Australian accented voicemail advising that they were receiving more calls than normal and to leave a message and someone would get back to me. I again called after an hour later and again left a message. Still no response. I also sent an email. No response. The lack of professionalism displayed by this company is astonishing. I suspect their work would not be of much value. Go elsewhere! There are much better and reliable companies in Edmonton who deserve your business. This company does not!

His contract dictates a whopping 1825% interest on late payments (after 1 day 5% per day) 150% per month. Of course I refused to pay before Inspecting the work. His cancelation fee for canceling anytime after 48 hours? More than it is for him to perform the work originally quoted. So it was no surprise to me when he arrive on site saying there's no parking. We suggested the laneway, but apparently he cannot do that. I Sent my manager to site to ensure the job was started and he wouldn't find an excuse to walk away and charge us for doing nothing. Don't hire this company.
