I was someone who was not very spiritual, let alone seeker help through holistic means. However, over the past year I came to understand my spiritual side and knew I wanted to find a healer. Since then I have purchased a few more sessions and also referred my sister. My sessions started with a guided meditation which felt incredible. There are thousands of guided meditations online (e.g. Youtube), but having one at the start is a session with Erika felt different and more uplifting.
