Upon walking inside, I see the head spa was very clean and nicely set up. I was greeted by Lia and she led me to sit down at a station to do a scalp analysis. I was then led into one of the rooms to change out of my top and the head spa began. Lia was very gentle when washing my hair and was firm enough when giving me the massage. I've been to at least 4 other head spas before and at Bell's Head Spa, I experienced my first non-stanky hair cover. I'm not sure what it's called but at every location, they would put a cover over the head and it becomes a humidifier. Every other place I've been too had a musty smell, but not at Bell's. After the head spa, I got changed and was led back to the station where Lia did an updated scalp analysis. What I appreciated most was she actually took her time with the high frequency wand. Other places would do a couple clumsy brushes but Lia went through my whole head. She even gave me some great advice on what I should do with my scalp and hair. Honestly, Bell's is hands down the best head spa I've been to. There's a couple other services I want to try next time that I couldn't this time due to limited time.

The experience begins with a scalp analysis, which definitely humbles you pretty quickly! It also helps the staff customize the treatment based on your scalp's condition. The 110 minutes flew by. My favorite parts were the hair wash with lots of suds and a relaxing scalp massage + the mini facial, although I wished the facial lasted a little longer. The only part I didn't really enjoy was the water therapy device that gently trickled water over my head. I barely felt anything and it ended up feeling like an unnecessary 10 minutes. The spa is conveniently located in the same plaza as Yogurtland, Nothing Bundt Cakes, and several other businesses. There's plenty of parking, at least during our weekday morning visit. Though I can imagine the lot filling up during evenings and weekends. Overall, it was a relaxing/enjoyable experience and I'm glad I tried it. That said, I did feel the price was on the higher side for what was included. It's a nice splurge if you're looking to unwind, but I'm not sure how often I'd return at that price point.
