Appointments were easy to make online and I had selected Lia as my technician and because it's my first time, head spa services were $20 off. Upon walking inside, I see the head spa was very clean and nicely set up. I was greeted by Lia and she led me to sit down at a station to do a scalp analysis. I was then led into one of the rooms to change out of my top and the head spa began. Lia was very gentle when washing my hair and was firm enough when giving me the massage. I've been to at least 4 other head spas before and at Bell's Head Spa, I experienced my first non-stanky hair cover. I'm not sure what it's called but at every location, they would put a cover over the head and it becomes a humidifier. Every other place I've been too had a musty smell, but not at Bell's. After the head spa, I got changed and was led back to the station where Lia did an updated scalp analysis. What I appreciated most was she actually took her time with the high frequency wand. Other places would do a couple clumsy brushes but Lia went through my whole head. She even gave me some great advice on what I should do with my scalp and hair. Honestly, Bell's is hands down the best head spa I've been to. There's a couple other services I want to try next time that I couldn't this time due to limited time. read more

Visited Bell's Head Spa with my sister on a weekday mid-morning for a little "treat yourself" morning. We both booked the *Entire Package* ($199). The experience begins with a scalp analysis, which definitely humbles you pretty quickly! It also helps the staff customize the treatment based on your scalp's condition. The 110 minutes flew by. My favorite parts were the hair wash with lots of suds and a relaxing scalp massage + the mini facial, although I wished the facial lasted a little longer. The only part I didn't really enjoy was the water therapy device that gently trickled water over my head. I barely felt anything and it ended up feeling like an unnecessary 10 minutes. The spa is conveniently located in the same plaza as Yogurtland, Nothing Bundt Cakes, and several other businesses. There's plenty of parking, at least during our weekday morning visit. Though I can imagine the lot filling up during evenings and weekends. Overall, it was a relaxing/enjoyable experience and I'm glad I tried it. That said, I did feel the price was on the higher side for what was included. It's a nice splurge if you're looking to unwind, but I'm not sure how often I'd return at that price point. read more

They scan your scalp and let you know how healthy or unhelpful it is , then you get your spa treatment and then they blow dry your hair. They scan your scalp again for the after and final results. My scalp felt so clean, slightly pulsing from the detox and scrubbing! But hours later my head feels nice and clean! Mia was my spa tech and she has such strong fingers! I shall be back in 3 weeks. I was recommended this location from a good friend and it did not disappoint! Location was very simple to find (even though I got "lost" because I missed the exit and entrance lol). Plenty of parking in the shared lot. I went online and was able to make an appointment without any hassle! I chose the Entire treatment (110 minutes), with some add ons. I got their mask and gha sha added online. I ended up being there for a little over 2 hours! I was greeted at the front and was asked if I needed to use the restroom before I started. The entire business was very clean and bright! Even the restroom was super clean! They have a bidet and I just had to try it out, lol. Of course, toilet paper was available too. I was placed at a station where they had me create/sign-in to my profile. They did the hair follicle and scalp analysis as other scalp spas have. This place has a machine gave you 3 types of images and analysis for all over your head! White light, polarized light, and UV light! It was amazing to see the breakdown of my scalp and hair! After the hair analysis, they took me to a private room where they gave me a towel wrap and a small closet to put my clothes in. I fell asleep, I believe I even ended up snoring twice! I woke up at one point and saw steam around me. They used essential oils that reminded me of citrus and maybe eucalyptus oil? It was a very relaxing experience. My technician did check on me to see if the pressure was okay. When your spa session is done, they bring you back out to the analysis machine. There was a qr code to scan that provides you the break down of your treatment and suggested what other treatments would best help the issue at hand. they did another scalp analysis and showed the difference of before and after! Ive gone to other spas and they dont provide the before photos. Everyone was really nice, professional, and kind. I do see another visit on the horizon and they offered me some water or tea with a little sweet snack at the end of my visit. read more

They start off by taking pictures of your scalp with very advanced technology and build your profile. They give you a consult on what your needs will be based off the results. I got the Rejuvenation package that includes a full scalp analysis, deep cleaning, massage, treatment, scalp detox, and hair blow dry and I added two add-on services: gua shua and a facial. The 90 minutes felt so long and heavenly. There were so many steps and my favorite parts were the eye gua shua and the simultaneous scalp detox and massages on my head. Before getting my hair done they took pictures of my scalp. They were able to see that I have dandruff and thinning hair. Which I do! They took me to a room where they did their magic on my hair. Once my hair was done my gal dried my hair with a Dyson. She took her time and didn't really apply heat. It was like an air dry mode. Pretty cool. After the session they took pictures again and compared it. I learned some new things on how to take care of my hair and wash it. The space is beautiful, the beds are actually comfortable (not bulky massager beds with hard rollers), and they never skimp on products or steps. Mia was my last provider and one of my staples. She was a little more firm and quite harsh during my last visit, but still sweet, thoughtful, and clearly knows exactly what she's doing--my scalp felt amazing after. This is one of the self-care things I do with my daughter, and we usually do the 80-minute session together. Worth. The. Drive. I drove about an hour 20 to get to Bell's head spa and it did not disappoint. Mia took care of me and we started with a detailed scalp scan to see what the damage was looking like. She explained to me every thing we saw in the scan and told me what I could do to fix it. Then, we went into one of the head-spa rooms where I was able to lay down under a nice thick blanket and get my scalp treatment started. She first massaged my neck, face and shoulders with an ointment then did the same with my scalp. Thats when she applied a exfoliating soap thing to my scalp and it was really nice and cool. She massaged it in my scalp then thoroughly washed it out. Next, she started washing my hair and after that I honestly dont remember what happened because I fell asleep, BUT I CAN ASSURE YOU it was super nice. After washing my hair thoroughly I remember her doing a mini facial. She put a hotel towel on my face and let it sit for a bit and then started cleaning it and moisturizing it. After that, I got up and she towel dried my hair then we moved back to the scalp camera thing where she showed me a before and after pictures of my scalp and there was a tremendous difference! She recommended me products based on the nature of my scalp and gave me tips on what the do to ensure its health moving forward. I was also given complementary snacks n drinks! had an amazing time at Bell's! checked in a little early and the receptionist asked if i needed to use the restroom before beginning my session. she was reading my mind because after driving in traffic for almost an hour, i wasn't about to hold it in for another 90 min. great service detail! zero (the sweet staff member) did a scalp evaluation on me first - i had not washed my hair for the sole reason of knowing i would get a head spa session (we all know we save our hair washing for the salon/spa even if it's supposed to be our wash day!) the quick evaluation prompted her to address my main scalp concerns, which was what the session would be targeting. always fun to see your scalp x200 magnified, clogged pores and all! after that, i went into a dimly lit room and changed into their prepared strapless towel robe. it was super plush and after getting onto the bed with the plush blanket over me, i was ready to fall asleep. head massage was a bit aggressive for my liking (i'm pain-sensitive), but I could tell zero knew what she was doing. i'm sure i fell asleep at one point during the scalp treatment after she put the steamer over my head. after the treatment, she proceeded to blow dry my hair. i'm not sure why hair protectant wasn't used, so i would suggest to management to add serum/oil pre-blowdry instead of after. it would also be amazing if they could style hair instead of drying and brushing. afterwards, i was brought back to the chair outside to do more treatments on the scalp like a microcurrent tool and product for dandruff/oil control. at that point, they had also provided a to-go cup of barley tea and a packaged madeleine. i felt even more relaxed throughout my session as i was the only customer at the time, so it was truly quiet and helped set the mood for a undisturbed time of relaxation. tldr; definitely a "treat yourself", quality experience! would request management to consider using heat protectant for clients prior to blow drying hair! read more
