I found him online and he was local and had good reviews which I now confidently doubt are even real. He did arrive when I first called with another man and said he would be back and could fix my car. I gave him a $500 deposit. he came back to my house several times at all hours of the night unannounced. The third time he showed up at 10:30 at night and passed out in his van (expired inspection on his van too) and was unresponsive so I called 911 because I thought he may have overdosed. His vehicle was running with doors and hatch open and radio on. I even fed him because he looked sick. The police, with a drug dog, did let him go after an hour or so. The next day I noticed my keys were gone and I called him and he said he took them and needed $550 more to return my keys and complete his work. He was rude and hostile on the phone and kept calling. He did come back in the middle of the night and work on the car again. He then stated that I didn't hire him to fix my car but only to replace parts. I paid him the rest of them money just to get him to leave. He also texted me at 12:30 at night and asked me if my young daughters were asleep. With in one week my car broke down again and the compressor he had replaced had seized and completely ruined my engine due to incorrect repair and the engine is now totaled.

Warren was a great help to. When I purchased the vehicle it had a slight squeak. was told that is normal in Jeeps me and my husband did not think much of it. However in coming months the noise got really bad, made an appointment with the Jeep dealership owned by Cochran in Natrona heights. After arriving the service tech came out to the jeep pushed down on it and said yes that is not normal. He also told me that my jeep was out of warranty and I would probably be looking at about 45-90 dollars. If anymore he would let me know. After taking the jeep apart they found the issue and stated it was an arm control that goes into the bushing and the passenger side is worse than the drivers side. He quoted me the price to fix of 301.00. I stated to him I really do not think that it is fair for me to pay for something that had already started to be an issue when I purchased the vehicle. He asked me were I purchased the vehicle and I told him Monroeville Cochran. He said he would call over there and talk to someone and see what he could do. After speaking with the big manager from Monroeville, he told me that Monroeville is going to cove the expense to fix not one of the arm controls but both. That to me was a blessing and shows me that Cochran really does care about their customers and goes above and beyond to make them happy, I really appreciate the great customer service this type of service gives a business returning customers and customers recommending them to go to Cochran to purchase a vehicle. To top it off, we found out that they were video recording our conversations without my permission, which we found quite unsettling. It's now been three months since we canceled those warranties, and we still haven't received any refunds.
