Some of the best customer service I have received from any business I have ever been to. The staff is exceptionally friendly,helpful and considerate. After having a nightmare experience with Sams Club where I ordered 4 new tires for installation and they told me they could only put two of them on because they stripped the lug nuts so badly that they would have to cut them off and it would cost me an extra $60 I told them to return the tires and demanded my full refund. The smartest movie I made was going to Highland Tire where they were able to give me a better set of tires for an even cheaper price than Sams,they also had no problem removing the lug nuts and I was in and out within 40 mins tops. These guys know how to treat their customers,they are very genuine and I have never had a bad experience in dealing with them after all the years I have gone to them. Lesson learned-stay away from the morons that work at Sams/Sears and stick with the professionals here. read more

Very unhappy with my experience today. Ask them check my front tires while they mounting my rear tires on my rollback tow truck. He said we automatically do on every vehicle. When I picked it up. First thing he said was air up all your tires torque your rear wheels. $227.00 To mount and balance 4 tires. Go to leave front left tire seemed low pulled around to front of bldg. Said to guy in garage I must have bad valve stem . Because this tire seems low still. He said I can assure you we never touched your front tires. Wow They were going to let me leave with 50Lbs in my tire . It calls for 100 to 110. Not happy with that or what they charged me. Guess I should of ask first Live and learn won't bo recommend them to any else anymore... read more

I have been a customer for fifteen years. Good prices for tires and alignment. Decent staff. One minor nagging issue is they over inflate the tires by more than seven pounds, on average. I mentioned this to the front desk, but the problem persists. read more

I showed up at 30 minutes to closing with my flat tire hoping for a patch. As I rolled my flat to the door, I noticed a sign saying "No new Orders today". Bought tires with 50 k warranty in fact they talked up warranty when I got them. 28k mi later tires junk. Rotate as directed and take pretty good care of tires and care. Went on to ask about why only got just more than 1/2 and was told should be lucky I got that much here in pa. Asked about warranty and was told yeah we not going to do anything with that you need to buy new tires. He's right I do but absolutely not here. No thanks. read more

The way in which their offices and buildings are set up is a little confusing, but these guys are wonderful. I've called the wrong location and drove to one of the garages that was literally across the street from their one garage that I needed to be at. However, Chip and Greg were very upfront about the tires that I needed, their quality, and price. My appointment was at 9am, they took my car around 9:13am and I was out of there by 10:15am. They called to check before doing anything. There's a nice little waiting area with vending machines and a television. The shopping center is within walking distance from the garage so if you want to grab some groceries, discounted items from Big Lots, or wine/liquor, all are close. Took my truck to get aligned , they told me they couldn't do it and that I needed to replace several hundreds of dollars worth of parts in order to do it. Took it down the road to Midas , half an hour and less than a hundred bucks later I was out the door with an aligned truck no questions asked. Went there today to get tires was told it would be a hour or so till they could get to my vehicle waited a hour and a half and asked how many people were ahead of me and they said there were still 12 people ahead of me . I had a horrible experience that turned into an amazing experience today. While on the road for business, I grazed a curb and destroyed the front tire on my BMW. I managed to pull over at a nearby service station, parked, and waited for AAA. Turns out I had "run flat" tires and had no spare. I had to be towed to the nearest tire company. The gentlemen who worked there were amazing. They did not try to up sell me and actually recommended a used tire to get me home safely. I do not live locally but would highly recommend them because I witnessed service and integrity at a high level. Kudos to Doug, Shawn and the service team. read more

Being a young woman I may not know much about tires and bc of this the staff take full advantage. I purchased tires ONE year ago and today I have balled tires in which my car will not pass inspection. I simply got tires last year bc of the same reason. The warranty states 60000 miles and I've put on 17k all highway miles. The man told me it's unrealistic to hit 60000 on a tire unless I lived in Iowa. Right off the bat I knew from that statement he was going to start feeding me lines to get over on me. The employee made me feel belittled by telling me I have too much air pressure in it and it was my fault. Also put down the other company who did my inspection without hesitation it's a close friend if the families business. In a peace offering they offered me another junk tire for 80 a tire. Really? That isn't even a deal. I highly do NOT recommend this place especially for women. It's pure discrimination. They act as though they will do so much for the guests but I felt talked down too and have been so upset since I left there this morning. In today's economy it's hard to work and live comfortably it's even harder to work and buy tires on a yearly bases. Again, do yourself a favor and do not give them business read more

No one likes to spend money for car repairs or tire purchases. It's a nasty realization that yeah, my tires need replaced. The hassle of looking, pricing, dealing with the confusion of what tire, how much,where to go, am I getting ripped off....Such a pain!! Well, I solved ALL those issues about 8-9 years ago when I heeded a friend's recommendation to go to Highland Tire. Since then, with 4 cars in my driveway for a large part of that time, I bet I've bought 60 tires here. And not ONCE did I feel taken advantage of nor made to feel like I wasn't being treated courteously. These guys are really good. They have earned their top place to buy tires award certificates that hang in their waiting area. It's not a joke. They match any price, offer good advice, treat you fairly, offer you coffee or soft drinks while you wait, give the ladies a carnation, send a personal thank you to your home for trusting them with your tire purchase. They do it right. It's such a comfort to not have to deal with those clowns at the chain tire stores who try to upsell you, trick you into buying that special alignment package so you can get a "free tire" - you've seen the ads. They are BOGUS! This place is legit - fair price, great service, good guys. Couldn't recommend it more highly. I drive 30 miles one way to go here and consider it worth it!! read more

This tire shop and service are simply the best. The customer service is excellent, quick, and best of all, cheap. I came into the shop pricing all season tires for my Prius that has 263k miles so I didn't want any outrageously priced tires, they quoted me $394. The guy was very nice, even when he knew I was walking out to price elsewhere. I went on Tire buyer since everything is cheaper online, and found tires with a $30 mobile discount, free shipping to a location close to me and would have been $291 out the door. Since Highland has always told me that they will beat any price, I decided to let them put their money where their mouth was. And boy, if they didn't drop that price to $290 out the door. Now THAT is how you keep your word. Maybe the tires weren't as good as the ones that they quoted me, but they weren't far off and definitely sufficed for my needs. I will never use another tire shop ever again as long as I live close to this place. Find a price that meets your budget online then bring that in and watch these guys take care of you.
