Allen from Doyon came to our house, analyzed the situation and figured out it was a frozen pipe outside - under 3 feet of snow and frozen ground. He helped us dig into the frozen ground to thaw the pipe. We hit a snag when he realized the pipe had a fork - and was creative, thoughtful - and hearty - enough to dig into the ground in another spot to get to the offending ice.
