Being a homeowner is stressful and when something goes wrong, you need support and someone you trust that can help you. I'm a single mom and I work hard for all that I have. When I began to have a major plumbing issue, I was stressed!!! My home was built in 1900. It has a single pipe drain system to the city sewer. It became clogged (very slow moving) and guess what began slowly backing up into my basement?! You guessed it! Everything being flushed from my home. I called SIX plumbers. You know how many called me back? One, Royal Flush. (Again, respectfully..I understand how busy they are, but just a call back saying I can't would have been more helpful than radio silence) I called Royal Flush, left a message. Switching out individual breakers was no help so on a recommendation I called Quality Electric of Skowhegan. It was a holiday weekend but first thing on the next work day these guys called back and came out within the hour. They are polite, explained what they would do and fix the problem (a Maine 200amp breaker had burnt out) There prompt work saved a possible fire which would have required a way more expensive fix. You arrived an entire week early and only called to inform me as you were in my driveway... 2. We were charged 1800 dollars if we did the cleanup after...the mess your company made with my yard was beyond what a normal cleanup should have been. We were charged 1800 for both of the trees Fully down...After....showed up and made his deal you left most of the bulk of the trees standing and we were still charged for the full service...We are owed money like 500 dollars at least... 5. The half cut trees sat there for 2 weeks untill your company once again showed up unannounced and made yet another mess of my yard...looked very unprofessional and also unsafe...my yard is tore up from another deal that was not mine... 6. Another week has gone by and the trees are still there...you looked right at me and said "We will back this afternoon to get those trees removed"...that was almost another week ago...still here half in my driveway now...I bet you will show up unannounced again with a big pulp truck that will destroy my property even more ... Not cool .. 7. Who gave you permission to drive a ton truck across my yard to pull the last tree down? Also not cool...
