The communication is one sided and horrible. Emails go unanswered and acknowledged. The trip was canceled two months ago and l have yet to get my refund. The agent we worked with never took the initiative to reach out once it was canceled. We was told it would be 21 business day to a refund. That day has come and gone and still no refund! When my sister reached out to her to see why it was taking so long she was told the vendor does not know which card to give the refund. How is that possiblle and why didn't anybody reach out to us to let us know this information? Had my sister not called she would have never known there was. So much for taking initiative and giving good customer service. I will never use or recommend this agency!!!!!
