All was good until the gate broke at the metal tube and weld. Hinge was still good. Took it in to get it welded back. They would not take care of me without charging several hours of labor at $95 an hour and said they needed another hinge. Wrong. Said it was my fault the mowers pushed back and caused it to happen. Took it directly to a friend who has been welding for years. He said it is a factory defect and water is getting into the tube, causing it to rust from the inside. Which I agree with. Could have been handled properly, but this guy wouldn't listen to anything. He knew it all. The people at this place are not worth going too. Very bad customer service after spending over $5000 in trailers! Not a bad price for 2 trailers, which is the only reason i gave 2 stars.

It was on the hottest day this year that I had a tire blow out on me with a trailer load of drywall. Don, Casper's driver showed up quickly and loaded my trailer and all of it's included load onto the Flatbed trailer and had it delivered to my property at the top of a steep hill where I needed it to be stationed. I ended up calling Rusty's as a referral from my Body shop manager. I do not regret the call. Not only did they save me a few hundred dollars for install, it was done in a few hours. Everyone there were courteous and talkative with customers, telling us/them every detail of work and cost, which is great. No surprises. Then just had a front end problem which was an emergency. I pulled in and Wayne who did my front end was in the front and remembered installing the front end. I went to personally thank him for a quick and great job.
