All was good until the gate broke at the metal tube and weld. Hinge was still good. Took it in to get it welded back. They would not take care of me without charging several hours of labor at $95 an hour and said they needed another hinge. Wrong. Said it was my fault the mowers pushed back and caused it to happen. Took it directly to a friend who has been welding for years. He said it is a factory defect and water is getting into the tube, causing it to rust from the inside. Which I agree with. Could have been handled properly, but this guy wouldn't listen to anything. He knew it all. The people at this place are not worth going too. Very bad customer service after spending over $5000 in trailers! Not a bad price for 2 trailers, which is the only reason i gave 2 stars.

When he did speak it was clear he had done his homework. His primary concern was to make it right. J.R. spoke a little about his business and how he wants to continue to build on a core of trust. I'm paraphrasing a little here, but that was the gist. He offered to reimburse my charges associated with the pump installation. It was at that point I became certain this business was operated by a sincere person. Instead of taking the reimbursement it seemed the thing to do was to give them another chance. My Nissan pickup had some trouble with its heating system. It seems my vehicles coincidentally both had problems with this system. Anyway, they fixed it quickly and without incident. J.R. would not accept payment for this work. I will continue to bring them my business whenever possible because they have earned it. Regardless of the impression I had after my first visits I have come to understand fairness is one of their core values. Sometimes it's the second impression that is most reliable.

It was on the hottest day this year that I had a tire blow out on me with a trailer load of drywall. Don, Casper's driver showed up quickly and loaded my trailer and all of it's included load onto the Flatbed trailer and had it delivered to my property at the top of a steep hill where I needed it to be stationed. All was done before the coming storms. That was a big relief and really appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend their service based on my experience with them.

When I was released from the hospital the next morning, they told me they would get me in an hour. They didn't show up until 2.5 hrs later...as I sat, very ill, in a cold hospital lobby with no coat (left in my car from ambulance). The man demanded $150 cash to get me from the hospital and take me to my car. He told me on the trip that he had bets on whether I was drunk. And he complained about having to work around the vomit around my car. When we got to the wrecking place, he said my key was on the wheel and dropped me off. I got in my car and could hardly steer. I waived him down and said something is not right. He shrugged and drove off. I tried to drive a little more, but something wasn't right. I called the guy again, and he wouldn't answer his phone. Essentially, he left me on the side of the road again, but this time, I had $150 less money. What was wrong with my car? He bent my control arm. Had to get new rack and pinions, totally jacked up my alignment, and totally ruined two tires. Oh, and nobody would ever, ever call me back. $2000 later....... Thank you for turning the worst sickness I ever had into a completely torturous experience. I really have never been treated worse in my life. You owe me $2150.
