Outstanding service and 5-Stars across the board! My…read morehusband bought a refurbished MacBook Pro from Emergency Tech Repair [ETR] about 2 years ago. He paid a fraction of the cost of a new MacBook and hasn't had any issues with it since! My 2019 iMac desktop was running slow and started shutting down. I am not tech-savvy, and my ignorance and frustration led me to take my computer to ETR for service. My technician's name was Matthew. He was very personable and incredibly helpful! Matthew ran a diagnostic and adjusted some things that I don't understand. He also discovered that my computer was bogged down with tons of useless saved files, as well as apps and programs running in the background, which he took care of. He found that there was nothing seriously wrong with my computer and it should be good for another 4-5 years. Matthew worked his magic and, for about $65, my computer now runs very quickly and no more shutdowns! There was never any pressure to spend extra money on unnecessary upgrades. I was treated as a valued customer, and received expert service and advice. My husband and I highly recommend Emergency Tech Repair for all your computer needs!

Two yrs ago would have given them a 5+. Seems they are growing faster than they can service, and I…read morecan understand this. But not treating customers well when minor issues arise is the worst. let me tell my story. I brought my computer to them needed cleaned up and new malware software. When I picked it up they gave wrong cord, and searched and found my cord. When I started using the computer it was still flashing pop ups and was now timing out on searches. I called and left a message the first week, then again a week later, no return call. So I took it back to them, explained the above to the clerk, he said okay and tried to charge me for a new service. I stated that the first service was not done properly, and unreturned voicemails. He said his voicemail had been messing up and he would message the owner. we stood waiting for 15min, no one else in the store. Asked if he had heard, he said no, asked it he could take it in and charge me when i picked up he said no, asked how we could resolve this that we did not have the time to continue to wait, he said he would need to hear from the Elijah before he could take the computer. At that point I offered to pay and speak with owner when I picked up, he refused, stated I could not wait and he told me "that is a your problem". Called in later and got a voice message that they are not taking new clients. So thanks for being so wonderful to us 2 years ago. Sorry you are overwhelmed. I hope the people you choose to treat poorly during this season are not the ones you need to survive long term.
